I have toenails that are incredibly hard and thick they are almost like hardwood and i always have trouble cutting them, after using these, Just Wow!! without doubt the best nail clippers I have ever used, and I've used a lot!! they look like pliers when you take them out of the packaging, but they are contoured to your nail shape, which makes cutting nails a doddle, trimmed quickly and effortlessly!! If your after a good set of nail clippers then trust me this is them, and I must admit I am very critical and honest when reviewing items!! I hope this helps you make up your minds....

A poor quality product that failed at the very first use. One operating arm had a material flaw in it and the arm broke at first pressure use. A case of buying cheap and getting cheap. As I had thrown the packaging away I could return the item for a refund so it has ended up in the recycling bin.I have returned to using ten year old British made scissors that may be more difficult to use but at least they work.I have just had an unsolicited reply from the dealer Doolin Kitchens who offered a replacement or money back without asking. That is good customer service and the company deserves full credit for their caring customer service

Honestly I don't know how these have recieved such great, unbiased reviews, these nippers are difficult to use and do not cut toe nails easily, the bits you can cut shoot off like bullets and you are left with craggy nails that are difficult to file. If you have a weak grip please do not buy these, if you have a stronger grip please do not buy these, they are being oversold and the quality and performance is definitely not representative of the glowing reviews.

The item was very poorly manufactured & not checked by the (Amazon) Seller. The item should have been checked out & could have caused apainful nasty accident. The Manufacturer & the Amazon Seller obviousy had not not checked this item before sending it. The 2 springs which should have been screwed but one was just hammered on completely flat! & razor sharp. I would hope that the Seller would reimburse the cost just for the Nail Clippers alone

Sharp blades means accurate placement is required to avoid nipping the toes. Otherwise good quality functional clippers

When I took out this product and tried to use it I found it to be blunt. A useless piece of metal now laying in my draw. Don't buy

quick delivery, well made, decent grip and cutting blades go through anything. Ideal for thick nails, recommended, best to keep protected sleeve on when not in use, ends of points are sharp.

I had expected the clippers to have a longer nose. Don't see the advantage of double springs. The head cover is a nice touch. Early days yet I will review again after some weeks use.
