Ostrich burgers.
Really good burgers, strong flavour, great for an evening meal or barbecue. They go well with chips and veggies or even in a bun with salad. Very Morish.

Healthier than your average beef burger
Cooked from frozen. Healthier than beef and low fat content. Delicious! Good value for money and went well with french puy lentils and buttered spinach.

Ok
The quality was fine but didn't care for taste. wouldn't buy them again. hard to say if this is good value as it's a an uncommon meat. but it's definitely interesting.

Burgers awful
The burgers are awful, i like the ostrich steaks so gave these a try... Tasteless and cooked correctly, still mushy too finely minced

Ostrich a no go
Thought id try for a variation in getting protein into my diet. Taste is good, but the consistency is awful it just fell apart in the pan, ended up looking like mince.
