The media could not be loaded. The cleaner works great on its normal 2hr cycle for our 15,400 gallons. I have a screen over the pool so not many leaves make it too the water but the basket is large and easily catches those that do. The water is so clear after it runs because the filters catch all the grit that gets in the pool. One Cycle filters about 18,000 gallons of water. It scrubs the water line perfectly and does pretty well on our steps and bench. It will not clean the sun deck, too shallow. Wifi works great but you don't really need it, put it in the water, push the button and walk away. The basket takes about 3 min to spray off with a hose.

I purchased this product for my above ground round 33' pool. Even though the specs say that ithat it only goes to 30' my power supply is about 7' from my edge of the pool, and has plenty of cord for the job.I was looking for something that would help to save me from opening and closimg my filter and cleaning/replacing the cartridge by connecting a traditional vacuum to the skimmer. This product does a great job in picking up leaves, bugs, and dirt that have settled on the floor of the pool. It is very easy to put in the pool and not that difficult to take it out.. The pop out screens of the filter Box make it extremely easy to clean. However, any vacuum such as this, will not do a terrific job if you have a lot of algae. That particular problem needs a traditional vacuum that takes it to the filter because it does become powdery and most will goes right through the screen. But. as I said before, this product will pick up any any debris. It takes about an 1 1/2 hrs to complete its cycle, so you do have to plan when to turn it on. I have never tried to interrupt the cycle but I haven't had to because I just turned it on 1st thing in the morning and by time I'm ready to swim it's done. Overall the quality of this product is great. I did purchase the vacuum, and the storage cart, and cover so I spent a bit more than I wanted to, but I believe it was the right choice.

We have yet to make it one full season with this HIGH Priced model. First it was the box and now it’s the connecting cable. Customer service better come through with some sort of replacement or refund. The aggravation is not worth it.

No more vacuuming for hours or losing suction! Drop it in and forget it. I do recommend you purchase the ultra fine filter basket also. You can use the off brand and it woks just fine. Best investment ever! I bought the stand and cover so it stays clean and I'm not introducing more dirt into my pool

Works good but loses traction and tracks just spin, I’m going to try to add more weight to see if that helps. Overall it does a good job cleaning

Love, love, love it! I have had a above ground pool for 4 years & suffered 3 years with the cheap vacuums you attach to your skimmer trying to save money! The pool season is too short not to be able to enjoy every minute of it & with this little guy you can! I highly advise you go ahead & order the Fine Basket to go with it, you will end up ordering it later! It cleaned up the sand like looking stuff that is on the bottom of your pool that disappears when you swim or run your vacuum but only returns the next day! I know it is a lot to pay but I feel it has been worth it already this pool season & it is just getting started!

I revived a defective robot it would not climb wall and constantly try to climb wall on floor only mode . Seller willing to take it back and I order the same one again. It’s been 3 weeks everything works fine . Did not give me hassle on return

The media could not be loaded. It's pretty machine, good design, but doesn't fully function as a pool vacuum to the level of cleanliness thats promised. This Dolphin doesn't clean wall-floor junctures, nor corners. It's just not designed for that. You still need to brush after vacuuming. In addition, Dolphins don't have AI, nor the ability to map the pool and follow a route. It goes wherever it wants without any type of patterned sequence. Therefore you're left with patches of uncleaned areas at times. I clean pool for 2.5 hours on ultra clean setting trying to avoid this. I regret this purchase.
