I bought this watch for my husband for Father's Day, and he absolutely loves it! The design is sleek and modern, and it makes a subtly bold statement. He likes to wear it to work but with the classic coloring I can see this watch easily matching any outfit for special occasions. The stainless steel material feels durable. Considering the craftsmanship and classy design details, I think this is a great value, especially for a luxury watch like Movado.

Movado's Bold watch is made from stainless steel with a mesh band that has a sliding clasp for easy sizing. The watch looks expensive and high quality. It is very nicely made with good attention to detail. Still, I have a Movado Bold that I purchased about 8 years ago and this Bold is not as substantial a feeling watch. On the older watch the mesh band is thicker and more substantial. It has a proper butterfly clasp. Overall the older Movado just feels denser and more robust.Despite the decrease in build quality the Movado is beautiful. The dark gray (almost black) face contrasts beautifully with Movado's 12-o-clock dot. There are some subtle markings around the watch face to make telling time easier. It's a classy and rich looking watch.I had to size the watch to fit my narrow wrist and it was simple and quick to do with the sliding clasp. Once sized the watch fits me comfortably. The Movado's thin profile and lightweight construction make it a watch that disappears on my wrist and I barely notice I am wearing it at all.So far it has kept accurate time.All in all... a build quality step down, but still a beauty.

I am very happy with my new Movado watch. The mesh strap feels comfortable and the watch has a solid construction that feels durable. The stylish design adds a touch of sophistication, making it a perfect accessory for any occasion. Highly recommended for its high quality and style.

This watch has been an eye-catcher thanks to its minimal, but well balance design. The overall construction of the watch feels quite nice and is very comfortable to wear, all the more thanks to it's ease of adjustability in bracelet size.Some major highlights of this time piece would have to be its subtle dial which when seen at the right angles drags your focus straight to it. The bracelet is also quite exceptional, the linkage pattern is stunning and contours to your wrist without any sharp edges digging in; not to mention the several adjustment points.One downside that I've noticed is that the crystal, case, and latch are extremely prone to scratches. This is after light usage. Though this is much more affordable than most of Movados timepieces, it still a decent investment and would be nice if the crystal was more durable.Other than that I am quite happy with this time piece and would be a nice step up for anyone wanting to dive into more substantial timepieces!
