Bought for my 4 year old grandson. The length is down to or past his knees. I measured they were 5 1/4" inches long in the inseam. Just be aware if you want above the knees so your kid doesnt look like a cholo. Other than that they were fine

I love the quality of these shorts, and the color. When I first received them I thought the sizing was a bit weird. I bought these in 2T and different style of shorts also from this same brand, and they fit differently. This one was very loose around the waist, even with it being on its tightest setting, whereas the other style shorts fit as expected. Not a problem exactly, he’ll have room to grow. Just weird. Anyway I still really like these shorts, he wears them frequently and after many washes they still look great!
