IW-R1 PRO Zero Gravity Reclining Workstation Computer Imperator Gaming Chair Cockpit for Works; (3-Monitor Brackets, Leather Seat, Black)

I bought this for my wife as a present. Because of its size, it had to be delivered by LTL carrier and because of where I live, I had to meet the driver elsewhere and have him offload it to my trailer. (Note that LTL carriers basically leave it at the curb.) The biggest issue was getting it in the house since my only help was a couple of women who couldn't pick it up. You really need 2 strong people like they say. I must say that this is well designed, well made, and worth every cent. I had a few issues along the way, but their salesperson provided excellent support. (I count 22 emails from him in my email box and I deleted quite a few.) If you are a gamer, day trader stocks, or if you work from home like my wife does and if you have enough space for the chair, you will greatly appreciate it. I strongly recommend pairing it a 54" curved monitor as well. It will significantly improve your effectiveness at work, particularly if you have to use more than one machine.

The chair is amazing, it has soo many cool functions. The support on the other hand can use some work… been trying to get different monitor mounts now for weeks. The responsiveness of support is terrible, in the US anyway.

This product is great. while it seems like it could be hard to setup.... i bought this product bc of a blown disk in my back. i was able to setup by myself with a bad back... so its not that hard company was great to work with with custom brackets for my 49x49 setup
