Light looks brilliant on the ceiling, and light itself can go to dim to very bright with colours of blue and purple leds. Looks great!Only downside was the building of the light, the instructions were useless , wasn’t a booklet of step by step it was more a brief leaflet which made it difficult to understand. The video QR code didn’t work when loaded, so had to use YouTube to find similar lights to help.Needs 2 people to fit onto the ceiling as heavy to balance by one person when screwing to the ceiling!Overall very happy with the light now it is up on the ceiling, just would advise to YouTube for the instructions!

The ceiling light is as beautiful as the images on Amazon suggest. The six ring light was perfect for me. It took about 30 mins to assemble following the clear video on Amazon - connecting it to the ceiling took some time longer. The remote enables the various features such as changing the light’s colour temperature and dimming. The colour of the central ring around the base is blue for daylight temperature of the main 6 rings and changes to mauve as you change the colour temperature of the main rings to a warmer white.Originally, I connected the ceiling light to a dimmer light switch but turned to full power. The ceiling light does not like dimmer switches at all and flickers slightly. I changed the relevant module on the 3 gang dimmer switch to an on/off module and it stopped flickering. These modules are available on Amazon for less than £10. If you are connecting the light to an existing dimmer switch you will almost certainly need to change that dimmer module to an on/off one.The light is very bright for its size and on all full power seems to be the equivalent of about 400 watts incandescent bulbs, listed on Amazon at 6800 lumens, although it only uses 80 watts as an LED light. There is a half power button and an evening light on the remote control - my guess would be it uses 40w and 10-20w respectively, on those settings. I tend to use the full power blue light in the morning on overcast winter days (it gives the impression of a bright blue sky winter day and cheers me up considerably) and the evening light in the evening on a warmer (kelvin) light temperature. The evening night is slightly too bright to be a true night light for most people. Thoroughly recommended.

This light needs complete self assembly including all the routing of the wires,. Also it shines upwards as well so unless you have a perfect ceiling you will see every single imperfection you have,.. and lastly the ceiling mount hole aren’t square with the light holes so if you just bang it up as you would any other mount your light would not be straight in relation if your room is squared

Purchased 2 of these, easy to put together, although need to make sure if you following instructions or you make the lights up the same. I didn’t and it took me ages to figure out what I did wrong. When installed and at full power these lights are really bright, thank goodness for the disable option. Linking the lights together is just what I needed so we only need one remote. You can link 4 lights together very easy to do too. Also good you can change the colour tone.
