Final review after install.Still not able to give 5 Stars, 4 Stars best I can give and that is for poor instructions for install.But, everything else from the material and how it is built is to the tech/help is a 5 star.My suggestion is when you buy and receive your canopy, before you start install, ready instructions three and four times and find each piece and how it goes together/with other parts. There will be missing details but an email, like I did, to the manufacturer asking exact questions “how to”, “where it is set to” etc. will get you through it. “Put it all together” on the ground so you can see it all. Obviously you can put it together on the ground but you can enough to see most of the “where does” and “how does” questions.Good luckGiving this item a three star at the offset because of the three items listed below, not major or cannot be overcome, just should be easier for consumer. Working on installing, seems to be going well. Possibly update when complete. Three things the manufacturer could do is provide more/better details. The spacing of hangers (had to contact to find out - response from them were A-1!!!). What else would be helpful (I had to figure) what the height of the top of the canopy bracket is from a fixed point, like from bolt hole in bracket. Told how much space above the canopy is needed, just not where the hanger with bracket would be to keep that distance. Lastly, could have made a note on the main instruction page/picture sequence that there was roller assembly that needs to be installed before joining main tubing, the assembly is in a separate bag/envelope with those instructions.

This product is poorly made and low quality. Directions are unclear and inaccurate.

As you can see in the pictures, I love the final result of my awnings. However, I’m not giving this product a five-star review because of the assembly process. It’s a nightmare. I recommend hiring a handyperson to assemble and install it.

Never used an awning but wanted the look and cover over part of our patio. Assembly was a bit puzzling even with my handy husband, but we survived and I’m pleased! (Connected cords to tent poles to push through) Arms under don’t extend fully for our 13x8 which seemed odd to me, but overall happy with purchase
