Faulty product
One of the four bulbs would not light. However when I made the company aware of it they credited me for the one bulb. Great service!

Just bought these again (2nd time), and they are already going dim. They didn’t last long on the last order either, but this is ridiculous. Don’t waste your money.

Shootingstar LLC Replacement 4pk Bulbs FeedbackDayOne 6.15.24 Purchased as a replacement 4 pack of bulbs for the LIBA brand bug zapper which first bulb replacement does work/&fit perfectly.Product Engineered Feedbacklack of distinguish between which side of bulb goes in left/right side so you will need to not assume the bulb is not working before switching the bulb to both side.Please add markings indications "Left/right"Product Issues2nd bulb has a bent gold metal tip which makes is non-usable it will not turn to connect in the socketCon3rd bulb has one gold metal tip crimped not sure if this will effect the performance4th Bulb on a visual inspection does not seem to have any defects pending verification of usabilityPro The bulbs were packed within cardboard/insulation was nicely thoughtoutPro 30 day refund processPro seller feedback through email includedWill reach out and update as well only one star deducted due to the product issues but will update in congruent to reasonable response i understand minor accidents happen👍Update: 6.15.24Just noticed the seller has already responded and even though other companies may not they have been both receptive and are willing to refund for the issue.Due to the response I felt it best to be honest and when we need more replacements we will still be doing business with this company.
