Gliptone / Liquid Leather - GT12 Intensive Cleaner

I haven't had a chance to use it on very dirty leather but for regular cleaning it seems to work very well. The included brush is a boon the two included cloths just seem to be offcuts from a white cotton t-shirt, but they do the job. The cleaner did a good job of removing greasy looking overspray from my vinyl cleaner. The conditioner has a very nice leather smell which really brings back that new-car aroma, and it does wonders for the leather. A small scuff on an arm rest was fully restored and all the leather was left with a deep matt finish, in my opinion the end result looked better than when the car was brand new.

while checking out cleaners and leather food, iread the reviews and have to agree that after treating my seats in the car the smell was very clincal for a few days. But does work well.

Easily the best leather cleaner I have used. I bought this to help restore my 2001 XKR's leather seats and Gliptone was recommended to me by a number of detailing enthusiasts. It's easy to apply and leaves a lovely leather smell from the conditioner. This alone won't restore leather - you may need to apply dyes, but this will clean it and nourish it to a point where you can do that if needs be. For my other Jag, the leather in there is less worn and so this product keeps the leather clean, supple and smelling good. It's a must have for any detailer.

The cleaning part of this product was difficult to apply and dragged when using a microfiber cloth. It also seemed to take some of the colour out of the leather as well. positives are the fantastic smell it leaves behind after use. I am assuming that it isn't suitable for use on BMW future leather which is what I bought it for.

After doing a lot of research on cleaning and nourishing leather car seats I opted to buy this set.I am so pleased I did.The cream car seats were filthy but after using this they just looked like a totally different set of seats.It was very easy to use after reading the interactions, the end result was astounding and the car smelled lovely.I have even used it on my settees.Quality product and well worth buying if you want to care for your leather car seats.

I have used various leather conditioners over the years which have been fine. I used this product because of a recomendation in a motoring magazine. The smell it gives off is awful. I conditioned my seats about 4 weeks ago and the smell is still there. I e-mailed Gliptone to see if they could help but have not received any reply, so the company have been of no assistance. I would not use this producet again.

Gliptone has been around for years so was my first choice when cleaning the very lightly soiled Connolly cream leather in my classic car. It just didn't seem to shift anything but the lightest of grime and made no impact at all on a few scuff marks on the bottom of the door cards.I gave up an bought a cleaner from another leather specialist which worked perfectly.

Pas super convaincu... Ca nettoie "gentiment" mais pas non plus en profondeur. Je partais d'un cuir gris très clair, quasi blanc, sur mercedes, en très bon état, avec seulement des traces superficielles d'usage (poignées, repose bras....) et le résultat est loin d'être spectaculaire, même en s'appliquant et suivant à la lettre les instructions détaillées sur le site du fabricant.A savoir : n'achetez pas à ce vendeur que j'ai choisi, il manque brosses et chiffons pourtant dans la description. En revanche, règlement du litige parfaitement exécuté par amazon, bravo !
