It doesn't come with a plug but it seems to work very well, I've had much deeper sleep and and no stiffness in the morning, early days yet though. I'm hoping it will last a long time not like the expensive grounding sheet which only lasted two months. I used the plug that came with my old grounding sheet.

The size the colour. But there is one thing it didn't have an information leaflet so not sure which side to lay on.

Looks like a good quality item but pretty useless without a plug and no way to contact seller so will be returned.

A review of any kind of 'natural healing' item must be prefaced with advice telling you to do some research yourself (as in, take 5 mins to Google 'earthing mats') before purchasing something that you have no idea what it's for or whether it will be of any use to you.. Anyway, although I don't use earthing mats myself, as I walk barefoot on the beach and whilst hiking a fair amount (wouldn't recommend doing this unless without some incremental steps (get it?..) that build up to full on barefoot walking), and so I have not used it myself, as I gifted it to a friend, they have sworn by its positive effects within just a few weeks of using it, so even if entirely placebo (not going to rule this out until some more thorough research gets published), it seems to have been a cost effective way of experiencing better sleeps and reduced aches and pains (again, potentially placebo)

I can't say much about the body effect as we all may feel differently but the material quality is very very good. Worth this money. I bought separately socket earthing tester, and an extension with extra fuses just to be sure Im ok ;) (keep discharging people!!!)

The material is soft and gentle and it is easy to fix around the mattress using the adjustable straps. I meditate regularly and I have noted some differences. Now, this can be very subjective and some may think it is a placebo effect which is hard to prove or disprove. I used this for over two weeks and I have experienced a change in my sleeping pattern and I feel a bit more energetic. If you are into natural healing, grounding, and meditation, you may find it useful. Otherwise, you may not feel anything. Many studies have shown that our minds shape our reality and for this to work, you will need to have some level of belief in it. For me, it works. Not like a magic but it does and I am happy with the product.

Love the product but they didn't send the mouse pad and I couldn't fond a way to contact them to ask for it. So, don't expect the full package as advertised!

I feel as if my sleep are much better. It doesn’t help me fall asleep but does give me a much better time staying asleep. It’s very easy to put on your bed and it comes with loops so it doesn’t get loose.

I was skeptical about these grounding mats, but after using my Fitbit for 3 months, I was not getting much deep sleep at all (although my scores were usually in the 80's). I bought this grounding mat because the price was right and about anything else I could try was going to cost at least this much. From the first night, my deep sleep has been better than it had been for 3 months. I don't exactly understand HOW this works, but I will tell you that every single night I have gotten over an hour deep sleep (most nights close to 1.5 hours), and most nights, also improved REM sleep. So it works; just don't ask me HOW.
