Surprisingly Good
A remarkably fast mini PC.Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed making set up easy. You will need a mouse, keyboard and either a monitor or TV for the initial setup. Enable remote access and you won't need them again as everything can be done with Windows Remote Desktop tool which has apps for Android and iOS as well as PC and Mac.Just remember to set up your WiFi connections to connect automatically or you may find yourself stuck!I use this TRIGKEY as part of my astronomy setup where I mount it directly to my telescope. It's really lightweight so it isn't a problem even on my super-light grab-n-go setup. I use "N.I.N.A" to control my astrophotography sessions and it runs buttery smooth, with plenty of headroom on the TRIGKEY. There should be plenty of power in reserve for future developments too.The n100 processor is exceptionally energy efficient, great for remote locations where you may want to use a power-tank. It runs really cool too so you'll never have issues with heat dissipation, especially as this also has fan cooling. The fan is near silent and totally free from vibration so it will not affect your exposures.USB ports are all of type A, useful for astronomy equipment. There's four of them which is reasonably generous. They're fast too, so getting your gigabytes of data off is really quick and painless. On that note, there's 500GB of MVMe SSD onboard, plenty of space for a long shooting session over a couple of nights. Adding an extra SSD drive internally is a simple enough job as there's a caddy built in (accessed by removing four screws) though I haven't found any need to test this.I've been using this for a little while now, both at home and at remote dark sky locations and I'm really impressed with the little unit. I can't believe how reasonably priced it was, particularly taking into account it has 16GB of RAM and a 500GB fast NVMe SSD where many have slower SSD disks.I have no reservations in recommending the TRIGKEY, it's a first-class mini PC.

Dependable and Powerful - TRIGKEY Mini PC W11 Review
I recently purchased the TRIGKEY Mini PC W11 Desktop PC with a 12th Gen Intel N100 processor, and I have been using it as a network firewall, specifically running PFSense. Right off the bat, the packaging of the product impressed me. It has a premium feel to it, which is always a good start.Over the past month or two, the mini PC has been operating flawlessly. I had no trouble flashing a custom OS onto it, which went smoothly without any hiccups. This aspect is particularly important for anyone looking to use it for specific network tasks like I do.The dual 2.5Gb NICs are a standout feature. They truly deliver the performance as advertised, which is fantastic for managing network traffic efficiently. This feature alone makes it a worthy investment for those in need of reliable network management. One of the most impressive aspects of this mini PC is its thermal management. Even under heavy load, it doesn't get overly hot, which is a common concern with compact devices. Moreover, the fan noise is minimal to the point of being barely noticeable, a significant plus for me as I prefer a quiet working environment. The device is also user-friendly in terms of upgradability. It's easy enough to open up, which is great for those looking to extend its capabilities. Adding more RAM or replacing the m.2 drive can be done without much hassle, offering flexibility for future upgrades. In conclusion, the TRIGKEY Mini PC W11 is a solid choice for anyone looking for a powerful, efficient, and reliable mini PC for network management or similar tasks. Its combination of robust performance, ease of customization, and excellent thermal management makes it a product I'd readily recommend.

Replace the HDMI cable.
Excellent value pc ... been really surprised at how it does everything I want doing... plays movies, youtube and the usuals perfectly adequately .... the only problem I have had is that my aging TV would at times would not detect the pc ... on replacing the cable with a "2k" cable the problem was sorted and the picture quality was just that little bit better. So do yourself a possible favour and try swapping out the cable it comes with for a higher quality one.

Good basic mini pc but very noisy!
well people I am going to blunt . yes its fast but you will need am external drive if you want any kind of decent storage . something to keep in mind is that it is a 500gb drive but once you open it up install the updates it drops to 399 hence you will need storage.also they say it is quiet . its not its actually quiet noisy the fan is continuous and the only way to escape it is to wear headphonesanother claim is that there are lots of usb and connections . well I've used it for less than an hour and already have had to use a usb extension as they are only 4 usb ports. is it value for money . well I got this in a supposed amazon sale at over £150 . value for money? not a chance its a basic bare bones system which is lets face it a gimmick item because its slightly small. this can not be upgraded like a normal desktop which is about the same price. my advise shop around get something you can expand in the future or you will end up like me spaghetti junction (see photos )

This is great as an HTPC
I have this thing running KODI, Netflix, and Disney+ connected to my living room TV and surround sound system. I have a wireless keyboard with trackpad. It's snappy and energy efficient and stable. I have no complaints. But I also have realistic expectations.

Worked for a few months
I was happy with the performance of this little unit. Set it up for a basic pbx system using linux centos. Lasted for 6 months and then started to randomly reboot, start up on its own, and finally stopped booting all together. It was in a cooled environment and had very little to do. Very disappointed.
