Fantastic product
The appearance of this was great! It made sure that the food stayed fresh and hot. It was quite easy to use and assemble. It was is sturdy but the quality if on the lower end, however this is an amazing product and I would buy it again. It’s very affordable and worth the price. I makes it easier when hosting large events to prepare all the food and keep its hot. I would recommend getting!

Nice sturdy set
Decided to go this route vs. the throwaway style setup, and largely because most of those disposable sets don't come with lids (although you can buy them separately for a few dollars per lid) This went together very easily except for getting two of the pans apart (there's a flat orange plastic "tool" in the package that my hubby finally figured was for this purpose after not reading any instructions). Otherwise, this did the job, looked very nice, was great for an outdoor party - just need to find wind-proof Sterno the next time! Oh, and if you take the handles off after use, this set does store pretty compactly.

Awesome and a good price. I host a lot so these are perfect for larger family gatherings!

Good enough set
Sturdy enough for what I plan to use it for. Metal feels a bit flimsy so am gonna be careful what I bake in it. But overall nice set.

Definately a few issues with a good product!
I have to break this review down into 2 parts. First, the chafers came with no problem. ( Until I unboxed. Pieces were terribly hard to get apart. They give you this little rubber tool that helps.. but not enough! When it came down to separating the water pans I could not do it! I spent over 30 minutes trying.. several screwdrivers and chisels to try to pry them apart enough to break the seal. Even called tech support ( worthless.. don't think the person knew what a chafer was. ) I was finally able to do it! Ridiculous..! I bent an edge in the process.. Some people will NOT be able to do it!Now.. when assembled, they are great. I ended up buying 2 sets from different vendors because I wanted some with half pans and some with third pans. I suggest the company have a package with this configuration.. very helpful setting up a buffet.

Rusted on the first use. The bolts for the cover rusted on its first use.
The materials used in this product are not suitable for long use. The nuts for the handle started rusting after first use. The container for the chafing fuel breaks easily as well. The only good thing about this product was the cheap price. But then again if you can only use it once then better off buying a disposable chafing dish. Not recommending this product to anyone who expects to use the product multiple times.
