Great machine, especially for beginners! It’s very easy to set up and use, and I was able to start stitching right away without feeling overwhelmed. The customer service is outstanding—they are quick to respond and super helpful, walking you through anything step by step. Highly recommend if you’re new to embroidery and want something user-friendly with great support behind it.

I have zero embroidery experience or skill, but was able to embroider something right out of the box. I’m so impressed by the machines ease of use and also large hoop size. Other machines with hoops this big were much pricier and as a beginner, I wasn’t prepared to make a big investment yet. The Poolin eoc-005 has definitely won me over though. I especially loved all the accessories that came with the machine and the printed setup instructions. And the customer service is exceptional. I’ve actually never had customer service this good after buying a product. I tagged Poolin on my first embroidery project and they immediately reached out and offered a call with their engineer. I’ve never had a company proactively reach out to me! And today, when I had some difficulty with my next project, they immediately responded with helpful videos and asked how to help. If you’re new to embroidery, I can’t think of a better machine to start with. And if you’re more experienced, it seems like there are so many possibilities with easy design downloads and preloaded patterns. I can’t recommend this machine enough!

Was a bit of a set up but once all that is done it’s user friendly and good for beginners and has more advanced features if you want to go that route as well. Also the customer service is fast and timely if you have any questions or just need help!!

I've had this for just over a month now and it works as it should. I did have to replace the pressure foot after about a month but I think thats more on me than the machine. Its definitely a learning curve but its fairly easy to operate if you know how to use a sewing machine. All-in-all, Im a satisfied customer. Especially since the machine comes with a help group if you can't figure something out. Super responsive customer service is always a plus in my book

I am not new to this. I’ve had my machine for now about a year. It is so frustrating because every single time I use it. I feel like I’m constantly having to fix things rethread it. The needle won’t catch, etc. I feel like I’m always having to go back and fix little things about it and I rarely make something perfectly. It is so frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this machine.

This machine is fantastic! I am brand new to embroidery, but I have already made my own custom designs on my PC and embroidered them onto test fabric. (I have a regular sewing machine that I know how to use, and I'm well-versed with computers, so take that into account, as I think you should be at least a little familiar with both if you want to buy this machine and use it with relative ease) The touch screen interface is easy enough to understand, and I think it would be easy to use for people who are less technologically skilled as well. Updating the firmware on the machine may be more difficult for some who are not familiar with downloading files and putting them onto a USB. For my machine, it did not have recent firmware installed already, which is standard for computerized machines as far as I'm aware, so you NEED to get the new firmware to unlock all the great capabilities of this embroidery machine! After I got the new firmware, I can connect it to my PC through the WiFi and their file transfer app on their site, called Institch. I am still learning how to use it, but I have no worries because the customer service is AMAZING! I was worried at first because they are only reachable on Facebook and WhatsApp, but I actually find it much more reassuring and easy to talk to them. They have been very patient with me when I took several weeks to reply because I was moving, and were understanding and supportive. I think that most people who are at least a little familiar with computers would be guided very well by the helpful customer service representatives available. DO NOT BE SCARED to contact them on Facebook, they are very helpful, and if not for them I would be very lost with this machine right now! (images attached are a test piece I did by converting an image into an SVG and using Inkscape and Inkstitch to convert it into a DST file for the machine)

The Poolin EOC05 is my very first embroidery machine, and I couldn’t be happier with how user-friendly it is. As a beginner, I was a bit intimidated at first, but the setup was simple and the interface is easy to navigate. In the beginning, I did experience some bird nesting, but I quickly realized it was due to using the wrong stabilizer for my fabric. Once I switched to the correct stabilizer, the stitching became clean and consistent with no more issues! Overall, this machine is a fantastic choice for beginners. It's reliable, forgiving, and does a great job once you understand the basics. I’m excited to keep learning and creating with it!

La bordadora viene con todo lo que hay en la imagen, pero les recomiendo comprar agujas, estabilizadores e hilos aparte, para hacer mas diseños, la verdad es que muy sencillo de ocupar, hay una guia de videos en youtube que te ayudan mucho y sus contactos en facebook oficial te guian a tener un mejor resultado, esto una curva de aprendizaje y no se desesperen por que no les sale bien a la primera, algo bueno que tiene es que puedes hacer diseños un poco complejos como de anime y quedan bastante bien, pero si tienes que tomar en cuenta que el diseño sea del tamaño del bastidor para que le permita bordar, de lo contrario puedes reducir o agrandaf el diseños pero no lo recomiendo por que podria bordar desfasado, pero si tiene el tamaño ideal para los diseños como muestro en fotos, la recomiendo comprar si apenas vas empezando y quieres algo para emprender.

The machine can be used right out of the box, no additional purchases needed. It comes with all the tools and material required to start your embroidery journey. The instruction manual is one of the easiest to read and the setup took just 30 minutes if you have an idea how embroidery machines work. The cherry on the cake is Poolin's customer service. I scanned a QR code that was on the machine, which connected me directly to their whatsapp support chat which is available 24x7. Kane from the help centre helped me with all my queries and also shared some helpful videos. They also sent me some free designs, other than the ones already preinstalled in the machine. If you are a beginner starting your embroidery journey, this is the product for you.

I bought this machine after reading all the amazing reviews and I am not at all disappointed. It's very easy to use. It comes with everything you need to start and the machine is already threaded and ready to use. The instruction manual isn't the greatest but poolin has a Facebook group where you can get as much help as you need. They are very quick to respond and has helped me so much already. Would definitely recommend this product.
