I don’t usually leave reviews but this product saved me from what could have potentially have been a worse dog attack. This is a great product with a good distance. After the dog initially bit me I was able to back off and I hit him in the face from about 8 feet away. The dog ran off giving me more than enough time to get away, so if you walk small dogs or like to go on walks in general this is a must carry. I would have probably gotten chewed up if I didn’t have this in my pocket.

I work for a company that does many things, armed security, bounty hunting, bodyguarding and private investigation work, most recently one of my jobs was securing multiple apartment complexes, my partner got a call that someone was breaking into apartments, when I arrived it was pouring rain, flooding even, 3" deep water rushing past my waterproof boots on the sidewalk, I head towards an area where people are flashing us with lights to get our attention and a woman leaning against the archway of a stairwell starts coming after me and pulls out a meat cleaver, I instantly draw my gun and have the light/laser on her as well, I supposed she came to her senses and did not want to get shot so she stopped coming towards me so when I felt like I could I grabbed the Sabre Red off of my Molle Plate Carrier and painted her entire face in the gel from about 8 feet away, she started screaming and swinging the cleaver and acted like she was going to throw it so I took cover behind a wall then less than 10 seconds after being sprayed she dropped the cleaver and dropped to her knees and put her face in the water and tried to wipe it off her face, she was groaning and screaming and I was able to quickly grab all of the bladed weapons that she had while she was incapacitated, there were two knives and one meat cleaver, the Police arrived soon after and arrested her, I saw her later in the back of a squad car and her eyes were swollen like she had two black eyes. This product is amazing, it has good range and spraying power like I mentioned it was storming heavily and flooding and it still shot a jetstream straight to her face, I covered her entire face with it and she had zero fight in her after that, when the cops came she instantly got on her knees and they put her away. I'm not sure if she was on drugs or had mental problems all I know is this works and i'm buying more right now because this is the second day in a row i've had to pull it out but the first time i've had to use it.

Lack of Lip under Nozzle: There is an obvious need for a small lip under the nozzle to prevent spraying onto fingers and provide leverage to deploy the gel more effectively. 2. Labeling Issue: The expiration date on the bottom of the can easily rubs off, and the edges of the label remain annoyingly sticky. 3. Limited Product Quantity: Despite the size of the container, there is only around 5 or 6 seconds of continuous spray, which may not be sufficient in emergency situations with multiple attackers. Overall Impression: The Pepper Gel Self-Defense Spray is a reasonably priced product that offers good value for money. While it has some design flaws, such as the lack of a lip under the nozzle and labeling issues, it features safety mechanisms and a gel stream preferred by many users. However, the limited quantity of product in the container may be a concern for some users, especially in emergency situations. Despite these drawbacks, it has proven to be effective in self-defense scenarios, providing users with a sense of security and protection. Good product works well

Ordered 2 pack for less than 20.00. price fluctuated 5.00 in 3 weeks. Arrived quickly, product allowed to roll around loose on top of thin layer of bubble wrap with a set of loose leaf instructions. Both cans were quite new with expiration dates of four years. Within minutes I noted an obvious need to add a small lip under nozzle so one didn't simply spray an index finger - this would also provide a means for additional leverage to deploy gel. Also, I'd advise one to use a Sharpie or another permanent means to label bottom of can with expiration date, as the ink used will easily rub off label after it's exposed to moisture. The edges of label will also remain annoyingly sticky as well. The clip appears reasonably strong and flexible, it's shape is about what you'd expect from a design intended to accommodate as many needs as possible without being overly complex or expensive. Overall, this is a 15.00 product that looks similar if not identical to many others available - though in my opinion, very minor improvements could and should be made. Update: very disappointed with the small amount of product for this size container. Be well aware there is only around 5 or 6 seconds of continuous spray. It is also much more difficult then you may think to aim the pinpoint spray without wasting much of it. If you encounter multiple attackers in a dimly lit environment I am not confident whatsoever there will be enough product to engage. I suggest you find a brand that offers 2.0 or more ounces. I will also be purchasing a cone pattern spray despite the risk of blowback.

I really like the size and quality of this product & brand. It feels very secure to have around and I like that they come in multiples. I purchased these several times and gave some to my mom and daughter as well.

Highly recommend! Haven’t had to use it yet, bought it for my wife and she loves taking comfort in the fact she had a less lethal self defense tool. She loves that it locks so it can’t accidentally spray, and that it’s easy to spray. Looks exactly like what I carried as an Army MP. Fairly durable if it hold paint in her purse😂. Love the look of Sabre!
