This works great
This works great when you are outside in the heat and/or humidity. The cooling piece on the back of the fan hits your neck and cools you off quickly, while the rapid air movement keeps you cooler as well. The battery lasts about 4-6 hours. The only thing is that it is not comfortable to lie down with, making it impossible to use at night. The would be the only thing I would change.

Looks sleek, decent performance
It's summer and the temps have been hitting the 90s- which is pretty warm for the area I live in. Tested this a few times now, including on a mid-day 90 degree walk with no clouds. I think it works best when you're in the shade or indoors, works OK in blazing sun.Pros:- The metal cooling plate on the back feels very nice.- the cooling and fan setting ranges can be pretty powerful. Can really notice the cooling work when using it indoors- easy to use- looks really slick almost like having a pair of headphones hang around your neck- uses (and comes with) USB-C cable! Yay for compatibility with all our phone chargersCons- if you have longer hair, it will sometimes get sucked into the fan. Doesn't hurt but it's annoying- the medium and high fan settings are noticeably loud. But medium is tolerable, especially if walking with earbuds- in the hot sun, it didn't feel like it was making a noticeable difference besides where I felt the metal plate. It wasn't pushing hot air at all thankfully, at least at current temperatures for us. It's just that I felt so warm while walking under the sun that it wasn't enough to cool down with.Overall, I think it's nice to have as part of a summer toolkit, to use in conjunction with other items or methods to stay cool outside.

Very cold
Though it did its job. We returned it due to the weight of it on my wife's neck.

Could be better
The product has some use case senerios mostly only if you are standing up and not moving a lot.I am a tall and big dude so it sets nicely on my neck however if I look side to side my neck and cheeks cover the fans causing them to stop blowing air. Then I have a long beard which luckily has not caught in it but I can hear hairs hitting the fan so I am sure its only a matter of time. The cooling plate that hits the neck is nice but if you move around it slides down your back so then its not sitting nicely on the neck anymore.I feel like if they make the fans further down it would fix the issue with the fans clogging or messing with the beard and also keep it from sliding down my back.Overall if you plan on sitting down its a great product, moving around I would pass.

super cold
Loving this neck fan. Its got the cold plate in the back, and for my it sits well keeping me cool, some of the ones with side plates are also nice but usually means some parts not touching. For those really hot days this gives full contact with the cold plate to maximize every bit of coldness. In an 81 degree room this cooled down to 37.9 degrees in about 30 seconds. It instantly gets cold, but takes a bit longer to reach actual cold temps, not 2s like it says, but it certainly does a good job comparable to any of these cold plate fans I have tried.Battery life is pretty good. I can run the cold plate and the fan on low to get a little over an hour of use. Cold plate only is a bit over an hour and a half. That said I am in FL and its over 100 degrees in a heat wave so I imagine its working harder than it would at lower temps so giving it a pass on close enough to claimed battery life. Its not too loud, but on high it will make having a conversation a little difficult. on my walks with my neighbor I just turn fan to 1 and cold plate on and its no issue. when alone i might turn to level 3 and keep in earbuds with ANC and it cancels it out well. On my bike the fan stays off and cold plate only since the air is already lost due to movement. For an active person in a hot area I cannot recommend this enough.

Keeping Me Cool
I've been using this portable air conditioning bladeless neck fan for a few days, and I'm really impressed with it (It came in a nice box). It's a great way to stay cool on hot days, whether you're working out, running errands, cleaning up patio, or just sitting around the house. The fan has three speeds for fan and cooling, so you can adjust it to your liking. The lowest speed is perfect for a gentle breeze, while the highest speed can provide a strong airflow. The fan is powered by a lithium battery (4000mAh), which can be recharged via USB-C. I've found that the battery life is pretty good. I can use the fan on the lowest speed for a while before it needs to be recharged. It is a little on the heavy side, and just a little noisy. However, with the three speeds and how it keeps you cool, I must have gotten used to it.Both sides of the neck fan has soft silicone covers to avoid direct contact between rough materials in your skin, making it more comfortable. It also offer safety features to alleviate overcharging and discharging of power. It's a great way to stay cool on hot days, and it's very easy to use. There's individual buttons for fan and cooling and it will automatically shut off after one hour in cooling mode.Overall, I think the portable air conditioning neck fan is a great product. It's comfortable, and easy to use. The battery life is long enough for most people.

Works for about a second
I was initially excited to try out the LEMOISTAR Wearable Neck Fan to keep cool on hot days. However, this bladeless personal fan simply does not deliver. This only claim this device lived up to was causing the metal pad at the back of the neck to get cool. It does get noticeably cold. This is where the good ends, however. The fans just don't seem to work for more than a second. Regardless of how long they've charged etc, they come on for a second, turn off, and the light flashes. The directions say this is due to low battery but no amount of charging fixes it and the cooling feature does not do the same. Sadly, I cannot recommend this item.
