Great Audio, easily pairs and long battery life
Longtime Plantronics user here - I decided to try this headset as the Plantronics headsets have become so expensive. In my experience, this headset ROCKS! Noise cancelling is very effective. Battery life is so much longer than my Plantronics headsets and it has paired easily with my devices. I have a Samsung S23+ as my primary phone and an S21 for my work phone. Headset works beautifully with both of those. This doesn't have all of the bells and whistles of the Plantronics headsets, but it really shines where it counts - audio quality, noise cancelling and battery life. Not going back to Plantronics devices.

noise cancelling microphone
1. The best possible noise cancelling feature.2. Connects easily.3. Holds charge very long.4. I would change warning talk to a beep sound, because until it says "your mike is now connected" you miss what they are saying on the other end.I was desperately looking for a headset with a noise-canceling microphone. This turned out to be the one. Background noise is cancelled probably by 95%. Even if I move the microphone a little up/away, they can barely hear me. This resolved many issues I had when talking to clients on the phone. Now, I can walk in the street with ambulance sirens on, and motorbikes roaring. They can hear something faint, but only notice if I ask. It is a little difficult to fit it on the ear. Be careful not to touch the disconnect button. Once you learn it and get used to it, it is simply perfect. Holds the charge very long. If I use it 8 hours a day, never dies on me.Additional benefits is that, if charged fully, blue light comes on. It has on/off button, connects with the phone immediately. I have JBL also, which is good, easy to put on your ear, but has no noise cancelling feature and picks up conversations from all the way far. It is very annoying for whom you are talking to.

Mute button on Microphone by NFB easy to reach No mute reminder.
I'm totally blind. I got this headset to see how it would work being I spend a lot of time on the phone. When I got this out of the box; I noticed on the back of the headset that faces the back of your head when it is on your ear; You have the switch at the top up is off and down is on. Below that, you have the volume up button and then the volume down button. The charging port is on the very bottom facing down towards your shoulder when it is on your ear. It has a rubber cap covering it. This is a USB C charger port. The part that goes in your ear; The NFB button to answer/hangup calls is on the outside facing away from your head where the microphone joins the ear part. Now the mute button is on the side of microphone just ahead of the NFB button. So if you have it on your Left ear, the mute button would be on the top of the microphone. If on your right ear; The mute button would be on the bottom. The headset does come with a carrying case that has magnets holding it closed. You can store two extra ear tips in the case. In the box everything comes in; On teh bottom side when you lift out the carrying case and carboard; You will find a little USB A to USB C cable and 6 more ear tips.I'm using this on a Samsung Galaxy S21 phone. The headset doesn't support PBAP at all. You must turn on say call name on your phone for the phone to tell you who is calling. This headset also doesn't support the ability to answer an 2nd call and place the 1st call on hold. To me, this is a major downside. Also you cannot press any button on the headset to find out how much battery is left when no call in progress. For a totally blind person, this is bad. You cannot raze the volume of the build in speech on the headset. So if you are out in the wind; You may not be able to hear it say Mute on or Off if on a call or low battery.Other than that, I think the headset is usable. It looks to have good volume when on a call. If it had the other stuff that I gave above; Then this would be a 5 star headset. But without that; Not a 5 star headset. I don't want to have to pull my phone out to be able to answer a 2nd call and put the 1st call on hold. I don't want to interact with my phones screen in order to find out in 10% increments how much the headset has remaining. I should be able to find that out from the headset itself.
