NOTE: it isn’t a smart key lock, as I discovered after I installed it. It was described correctly so it’s my fault for overlooking it. I have been changing locks throughout the house because of a very unruly juvenile. I’ll be more careful next time. It just means I have one more key to keep up with.

The key wont lock or unlock the door wtf

The lock came fast and complete. This would get you 5 stars. However the photo they use to sell is a “Smart Key” where you can re-key yourself. As you can see in the photo there is no slot for the Smart Key tool. This gets you 2 Stars. BUYER BEWARE!

This lock fits in one of my doors just fine. The self key feature is a plus if you already have other locks with a KW1 keyway.
