Moist Supreme Classic White Cake Mix 432g

Absolutely superb. Super light and tender. Reminds of professionally made wedding cake sponge, just much more tender and sofer. The taste is also resembles vanilla wedding sponge. The cake literally melts in your mouth. It like a cotton wool. However, it is sturdy enough to hold shape when assembled in 3 layers. It does not collapse after being removed from the oven. The sponge happily absorb the filling and drizzle but does not go soggy. It remains of a perdect shape. The colour of the sponge is perfectly white when cooked which is again makes it look very tidy and professional. The flavour is lovely to be consumed like it is. It does not overpower the flavour of the filling, which makes it totally versitile. One pack is enough to fill two 8 inch sponge forms. But the best thing is that you literally dont have to mess around for hours with the ingredients. Just add water, vegetable oil and eggs, and Bob's your uncle! I cannot recommend highly enough this product. I will never be meking my cakes from scratch again. This product prefectly answers all my requirements. Only sorry I haven't discovered it sooner!

Amazing cake! Very easy to bake - taste amazing not too sweet, just right. I made two tier cake with just 1 box. Ordered using prime, arrived very quickly.

Not how I remembered this cake mix. Wasn’t white. Could’ve easily said it was a Victoria Sponge mix. Very disappointed.

The product arrived intact and there was absolutley nothing to complain about device wise. However, the cake is horrid. It tastes horrible, however long you cook it it still seems kind of gummy (not over mixed) just like it won’t fully cook no matter how long you cook it! It tastes like chemicals. I really didn’t like it. Obviously that is preference though and there was nothing wrong with the actual product or service.

so....THIS was honestly the BEST sponge cake i have EVER tasted so far,it is soft like nobody's business,i made the cake with my niece and it got eaten in 1 day by the whole family. will definitely be buying a couple more when its pay day.it is well worth the money.

Gorgeous and easy cake to make. Didn’t realise the icing is separate, however that doesn’t take away the flavour! Ideal for out American themed tea during lockdown!!

I love to bake, but when I don't feel like making a cake from scratch, I use this mix and tweak it by adding extra ingredients and spices to achieve the density and flavor I want for the occasion. The original flavor is not too sweet so its good as a base. Even "as is", I find it to be a good cupcake recipe if I'm going to add a lot of sweet frosting. I always have one on hand in the pantry.

The flavor and the texture of the cake was great. Not to mention the sweet smell in my home while baking. Pillsbury cake products has betty Crocker and duncan hines cake mix beat. As far as I'm concerned.
