Works great
I've got this setup in the garage to turn on my shop lights that I have all daisy chained together. Since I don't care about aesthetics, I left the cover off and ran the wiring over top instead of trying to fit them under. Fitting under is a huge pain as the strut doesn't allow for easy clearance. Also, do yourself a favor and look at the settings on the sensor BEFORE you mount it. I marked which ones I wanted with a sharpie. I hope the sensor remembers the settings after a power outage, otherwise, I'll be constantly resetting it. Otherwise, it's great. I disabled the light sensor as I want it coming on no matter how bright outside and it seems pretty sensitive where it sees me no matter where I am in the garage.

Works as described
Easy installation, works great. I have it mounted on a 12 foot ceiling in a pole barn and it senses me easily at 30 feet. All the adjustments work great.

Excellent Motion Detection Product!
I do not do reviews very often but just had to write about this great product. I wanted to be able to turn on a single LED shop light in the garage rather than having to reach for a switch every time. I installed this per the directions and without making any adjustments on the unit, IT WORKS PERFECTLY. I installed it on the garage ceiling which is about 10' tall. It is about 6' from the door. As you will see in the video, the light comes on before I even take one step into the garage. I can highly recommend this product! I am including a wiring diagram for the unit.

Not Ready for Show Time
What is blatantly wrong with this product? There is only one wire hook-up (terminal) for the 12 volt Load. For this product to work right, its needs two terminals for the 12 Volt load: one for positive (+) and another for negative (-). You can't twist together your positive and negative wires together onto one terminal. LEDs are all wired together separating the (-) and the (+). Have you every seen the common flashlight battery joining positive with the negative sides of the battery? The result will create heat and sparks. The light sensor I wanted to replace has two Load terminals (-/+), the replacing sensor I'll need to purchase in order to rectify RayZeek's design flaw has two terminals to hook-up the (+) and (-) wires onto the sensor. My responses from RayZeek fell silent when confronted with their product flaw.

Could improve on design but works fine
Overall the Motion Sensor does a good job. Wiring is pretty straightforward but getting the wires in the hole is a challenge due to the fact the holes are restricted by the housing. Since the unit is mounted in a ceiling it would make more sense to have the wires inserted in the top. That said...I finally got the wires bent enough to get them in and it worked fine. The only other issue I had was trying to get the Lux settings to work for my garage (door open most of the time). Finally I gave up and turned the Lux setting to off and with the timer set to 5 minutes. I'm happy with that and for the price, would recommend the unit.

Occupancy sensor
Works as described have not messed with the settings. Will update when settings have been changed

Works well when wired properly.
The wiring takes a little figuring oit, but if you understand how automotive 12v wiring works - with the negative pole as a common ground - the device works perfectly once it's wired up.

Loved it so much we got two
As the review heading states, we were so impressed with these that we have now ordered two. We will probably order more as we are finishing our unfinshed basement. We got the first one to automate the lights at the base of our basement stairs. The existing light switch is in a dumb location and you are always fumbling in the dark and trying to find the switch. This occupancy sensor took care of that right away. However, it is the features and functionality on this that have prompted us to order a second (for the basement workshop) and possibly even a third (for the storage room). First, this installed very easily and is sized to fit on a standard sized round junction box. Most or all of the features are accessible from the surface of the unit - which means you do not have to take it down to change the settings. The sensor is highly sensitive, had a huge range of sight, and catches our movement even if we are not directly in view of this. There are abundant time-delay settings so this is highly customizable. It also appears this has a daylight sensor on it which will keep the lights from coming on if it senses daylight from nearby windows. (We haven't tested this as most of our basement has no windows.) You can override this on the unit, but this is a great energy saving feature. If you have daylighting, you *shoudn't* need artificial lighting. I am super impressed that this occupancy sensor has this feature. If you opt to order this, make sure you are ordering the correctly sized unit for the amount of lights you have. The 5A unit will carry up to 500 watts give or take. The 10 A will carry the 1100 W listed on Amazon. Finally, the price is fanastic, making this occupancy sensor an exceptional value.

Working great. The center bulge does blink a green color, at different times, pretty steady blink every couple of seconds. The wiring seemed kinda weird but it is actually easy. I have the 120v model with neutral wire. When you wire it, the neutrals all get wired together like a regular switch in a box with a white neutral jumper also going to the "N", on the motion sensor. The live wire "L", gets the black wire that always has live power going to it, from the breaker box. The "L¹" is the load terminal. That wire will go to your light (black wire). The white wire from the light gets wired together with the other white wires in all the boxes, which has the white jumper going to "N". So basically it gets wired like a regular 120v switch in the box, but since this motion switch need power to "sense" motion, it needs direct power as well, so that's why it gets a jumper from the white neutral bundle in the box. In my scenario, I also wanted a "dimmer" switch, so I can dim my lights. I put that dimmer switch in between the motion sensor switch and the lights.... Not in between the breaker panel and the motion sensor. (I wasn't sure if the motion sensor would operate properly without full power going to it.) I do know that it does not need full power, but how low it can actually go. So that's why I wired it like that. The motion sensor switch also turns on slowly, on a fast ramp, so the lights don't come on so fast to scare you lol. The digital buttons on it are super nice. I drew black marker lines to the corresponding led to let me know which setting I put it on. The molded writing on the unit is so small, it's hard to read. Once the white cover goes back on, my black writing can't be seen. Very nice, cheaply priced unit. I will definitely buy more if I need to!

I replaced a faulty sensor in my toilet. This one works very well. Worth the price I paid.
