I almost never write reviews, but I’m making an exception with this one. I was extremely reluctant to buy this. I finally pulled the trigger because I had rewards built up that paid for most of it. At the time of me riding this review I’m about nine weeks into a carnivore lifestyle. I am still struggling with insulin resistance and was typically getting a reading of a .6 to .8 for ketosis. The first time I took this about an hour or so later I took my readings and I was at 2.5. My energy was high. I took it in the morning so later that evening when I had dinner, I took it again and it was at 1.8. This only stays in your system for a couple of hours, but it tells your body to start making ketones. I can personally say that my results every time I’ve taken this have been close to it 2 to 2 1/2 and my evening results before dinner or normally around a 1.5 to 1.8. I don’t currently exercise although I know it would help if I did I don’t fast and I’m sure it would help if I did. This is still pretty pricey for me, but I do feel like it’s worth it because it is getting my body to produce ketones.

I have been practicing the ketogenic lifestyle for almost ten years. All of Dr Boz products are the best and deliver great results. This product is great for adding to sparkling water for a quick midafternoon pick me up if keto food is not available. Great for traveling!

This really works! When doing my ketone reading, it increases ketones as stated. I actually love the taste, and feel increased energy. I trust Dr Boz products explicitly!

This is not working for me. I can’t take the sour taste. I have searched everywhere on Amazon to cancel this subscription but Amazon doesn’t have a place to cancel subscription. I want to cancel some of my supplements and I can’t find how to cancel them either. I believe Amazon does their questioning in a way that you cannot cancel.

Additionally, I personally prefer a slightly stronger flavor, but that’s just a small thing.Overall, I’m really happy with how PuckerUp has supported my keto journey, and I’ll definitely continue using it. If you’re looking for a quality ketone supplement with good results, I highly recommend giving it a try!
