I purchased this WetVac W31 with high hopes and confidence in Eufy/Anker's reputation. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a expensive disaster, and I urge any potential buyers to reconsider before purchasing this product or any of their products. The WetVac seemed like a great investment. It performed well for the first few uses, but due to renovations I ended up storing the vacuum cleaner for about a year. When I took it out of storage it initially powered on, and the self-cleaning function worked but when I tilted it back to begin mopping and vacuuming, it failed to work, effectively turning my purchase into a worthless piece of junk. When I reached out to Eufy's customer support, I was informed that my warranty had expired just 20 days prior. Despite explaining the situation the support team showed no flexibility or willingness to assist. They outright refused to repair or replace the unit, leaving me with a $400 paperweight. The lack of empathy and assistance from their customer service was appalling. Given my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing the WetVac or any other products from Eufy/Anker. You can't trust that their products will have a long lifespan or will receive actual support. The WetVac quality is questionable, and the customer service is worse. Believe all the negative reviews you read because they are accurate. Eufy is well aware of the WetVac’s faults and has not taken adequate steps to rectify these issues or support affected customers which leaves everyone with a faulty useless product and no satisfactory solution. Don't waste your money on their unreliable products and non-existent support. I have a Bissell for my garage that has been roughly treated and still works like a champion.

I do have some bias towards Eufy as I have had great luck in the past with them, which is the primary reason I was willing to go with this vacuum even before there were any reviews available for it. However, although it seemed to clean well, after a few weeks of use, the dirty water smell was getting pretty strong every time I would use the vacuum, in spite of me using the detergent that came with the vacuum and cleaning out the dirty water tank after every use. I also wish there was some kind of hose attachment or something to get along the edges better. That being said, I have had very positive experiences with Amazon's customer service where they go above and beyond my expectations. There are very few companies I have dealt with that I would put on par with Amazon's customer service but Eufy would definitely have to be one of them. Although this vacuum didn't work out for me I do have the HomeVac S11 Infinity and I am super happy with it. I also have Shark IZ662H which has been a great vacuum... and although it has certain strengths that the S11 does not; one of my favorite things about the S11 is how easy and well it does on my stairs. Sorry I know this got off topic, just saying I've had very good experience with most of my Eufy products and amazing experience with their customer service.

I bought this over a year ago and I have to finally admit to myself (and wife) that I was completely taken for a ride. It’s just a terrible vacuum/mop, there’s no other way to put it. 1 - the suction is terrible, I spent 5 minutes trying to pick up a dried piece of lettuce. Finally just grabbed it and tossed it. 2 - it drips water every single time I take it out of the charger. I have wasted more time going over the drips with a rag than I ever should have. 3 - every single time I use it the voice tells me to clean some damn component! Even after I’ve cleaned it. I think I spent more time cleaning the vacuum than my house! I will never buy a vacuum from this company again! I wish I would’ve sent it back for a refund but oh well, that’s my fault. I’m gonna go ahead and just spend the money on a Dyson since I know that will work. What a waste!
