I love these cookies, so you can imagine how dissapointed I was when I opened a package of the small cookies and they were hard as a rock and nasty. I looked on the expired date and found that they had expired 4/14/24. I called them and they sent me a replacement immediately at no cost. I knew I loved these guys. It was a great experience and best of all, I do not have to stop buying these. Everyone makes mistakes but I am most tolerant of those who recognize it and correct it right away.

LOVE THESE!! Delicious way to get in my protein. The soft-baked brownie cookie is the BEST!!! Love them all and will buy again and again!!

A very big cookie the cookie is considered two so we just eat half & save the rest. Taste very good not dry it was soft value was also great they were on sale they have no beef products in them my grandson is allergic to beef so many things have a beef product in them thank you we as grandparents love these would buy again

I received my cookies and I heard an awful lot of noise from cookies rolling around in the box. One of the bags of crunchy mini cookies were open and empty. All the cookies were in pieces in the box. What can be done about this? I am rather disappointed.
