I bought this PC as it was small and had all of the power that I needed.I already have a high spec monitor and keyboard, so I only needed the PC bit. Everything plugged in as expected and the PC set up was straight forward. Once set up with Windows 11 pro, I updated the PC software, loaded MS Office and Photoshop. I was really surprised as to the fast speed that everything works at.The PC can be connected to the internet using WiFi or by a LAN Ethernet connection.The PC is virtually silent and you can only hear a slight increase in fan sound when doing a huge amount of processing.I am using the HDMI slot for my monitor which is displaying at 4k with no flicker.The PC is so small that I am now taking it with me to different countries where then only need to borrow a monitor as all of my files are on this PC and backed up with Dropbox.

This is an ideal mini PC for me. It's a great machine, functions quietly and quickly, and is really compact and good-looking. The price for the 5800H and 1TB storage was unmatched. Unfortunately, the first unit I received had a dead USB-C port. TrigKey supported me over email for 2 days to try to resolve it (quick responses). I wasn't, however, in love with their suggestion that I send the PC all the way to China for them to fix, so I returned it to Amazon and bought a second unit for next-day delivery. That's been perfect.

This was my second mini-pc and the AMD Zen4 Ryzen 7 7840HS proved to be the best choice pound for pound.Pros: fast, quite, easy to set up and great for photoshop and designCons: wanted more fam and storage options at purchaseHighly recommended - 1 month in and I'm still enjoying using it.

I love the small compact design. It's very fast and powerful for what it is and really quite when your doing daily tasks. This increases when it's working harder but still nice a quite. Definitely would recommend this product especially at a lower price like I did during the sales.

Having previously only owned laptops, I was a little dubious about a mini-pc from a brand I was unfamiliar with.I have been very pleasantly surprised at this little machine. It put my previous Dell laptop to shame. I have been impressed by the speed and reliability of it. Although not purchased as a gaming pc, I was happy to be able to play a surprising number Steam games on it without a problem (and I don't mean Solitaire)!All connections function perfectly and I have been able to connect it to two monitors and external drive without an issue, including running my Plex server.Coming with Windows 11 is helpful. It all took a matter of minutes to set up.So far I am very impressed and would definitely buy one again.

The old home PC that I had been using, had reached the end of its natural life. I needed to look for a replace, but didn’t need to spend a lot and came across this little mini PC. TRIGKEY S5 AMD Micro Computer, Ryzen 5 5560U, 8GB DDR4, 500GB, WiFi 6+BT5.2, USB3.2. I decided to go ahead and purchase this PC.What a wonderful little machine that packs loads of power for home office and everyday internet searching. It starts up super fast and runs like a dream. Also takes up a lot less space than my previous PC. Another bonus as I get more desk space back. Just perfect for what I needed for home use .The PC comes with windows 11 software BUT you will need to ensure you have a windows 11 licence.So far so good and is a highly recommended micro PC.

This little machine is brilliant. I’m using it as a little additional desktop alongside my Mac mini, and it’s also serving as a little home server to host docker containers.Build is really nice, haven’t taken it apart so can’t comment on the internals. Great machine for a great price.If you need something small, even dare I say it portable to take places where you know you have access to a monitor. This thing is perfect. Sita right underneath my monitor and only hear it (and even then it’s not loud at all) when I’m loading lots of things at the same time or doing system updates.I only have one negative about this machine, and it’s not down to Trigkey at all. It’s simply the fact it comes with Windows installed and it’s just a horrible bloated operating system. I just wiped it and installed Linux instead!

It worked like a charm. I was initially nervous buying an off-brand pc. But I should not have been, it is a very fine machine. It is very quiet. Only problem I had was that I could not use all 4 mounting screw as the distance from my desktop stand on my Samsung 27 inch curved screen is too high to mount across the 4 mounting points. I turned the pcu spite down and just mounted with 2screws. The device is quite light.It is well made - I may buy a second.Performance - its a good processor and with 16Gig RAM it works floorlesly with as many chrome tabs, outlook, WhatsApp word and excel.Network WiFi performance is wifi6 .I can't reccoment enough

I use this as my daily PC for work.I find this more than adequate for my needs. the 32GB of RAM is overkill for my usage which involves mostly spreadsheets and Outlook and browsing and some propriety softwareInitially there was a problem with the wifi and and it kept getting cut off, after running driver updates. it got sorted out and it not faced any glitches every since .however I have hard wired the PC to the router for even better stability.the FAN noise is not intrusive and it does kick in occasionally at heavy loads but it has never been a botherthere is a slot internally for attaching a 2.5 inch SSD. however since it practically blocks the fan . I decided to use an external SSD for backupI did wish though it has another M2 slot to add a 2280 NVME instead of a 2.5I have been using it for almost 2 months now everyday and its on for 8 - 12 hours per day and it has been rock solid.I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a mini pc for Home office or for School work.I have hardly used my Laptop ever since I started using this and will only use it when i travel or for business meetings .

Der Mini-PC war im Angebot mit dem Ryzen 7 5700U und dem 5800H. Obwohl der 5800H auf dem Papier leistungsstärker ist, neigt er dazu, im Dauereinsatz aufgrund unveränderter Kühlung und Heruntertakten an Performance zu verlieren. Aus diesem Grund habe ich mich für den 5700U entschieden, der lediglich 265,51€ gekostet hat. Obwohl der 5800H nur 20€ teurer war, kämpfte er mit Temperaturproblemen, wie bereits beschrieben.Den Kauf des 5700U habe ich zu keinem Zeitpunkt bereut. Das System wird erfolgreich für Schulpäsentationen und umfangreiche PowerPoint-Projekte eingesetzt, was es mühelos bewältigt. Spiele wurden bisher nicht getestet.Insgesamt betrachtet ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unschlagbar. Leider habe ich festgestellt, dass der Artikel bis zum 01.12.2023 auf den Ryzen 5 5560U geändert wurde. Dieser mag zwar neuer sein und in der Leistung vergleichbar, jedoch rechtfertigt dies nicht den nun höheren Preis von 150€.

I am using this as my office PC since 6 months, I must say really impressed with its performance.It's boots up fast and has never crashed or lagged once, I see good future for mini PC.This brand specifically is good as they offer NVME drive which most people does not know much, I will definitely recommend this to my friends or family.

Acabo de recibirlo, tras tres horas de uso y de instalaciones de programas, va como un tiro, cero ruido, cero calor, lo tengo instalado en un mueble en un hueco de apenas 20 cm de alto por 60 de ancho temperatura ambiente unos 26ºC. Probado el wifi 5G con Vodafone 1GB/100Mb me da estables unos 450 Mbps de bajada y 107 Mbps de subida, probaré a eliminar obstáculos con el wifi y subiré resultados también con cable de red, el rendimiento del disco duro aún no lo he probado con software específico también subiré resultados. Trae Windows 11 Pro preinstalado y va como la seda, también probaré algún software de edición como Photoshop y krita y comento. Por ahora, como usuario de pc desde los tiempos del 486 y del Pentium MMX 166Mhz y como gran aficionado al hardware de pc gratamente sorprendido para tareas cotidianas y centro multimedia. Seguiré comentando.
