I use these to work out.Nothing strenuous nor daily just once or twice a week on the punching bag..My hands are medium size and I got the 8oz.They are slightly uncomfortable but with a little adjustment there fine.I also like the color.

For $20, you can’t beat it
The media could not be loaded. I ordered these for the price as “community gloves” for anyone that doesn’t have a pair. The material is a cheap PU leather but are still better than the Everlast gloves from your local sporting goods store. I wanted to test them on my wrecking ball bag to check for protection and if I’d even feel comfortable letting anyone use them and not risking injury. They’re actually pretty solid gloves. I’d use them as a backup sparring glove for some light sparring. I felt no pain in my wrist or knuckles and they fit pretty good. If you’re just starting out or only train once or twice per week, I’d recommend these. They probably won’t hold up long with constant use but they’re not bad at all.
