100 3/8" Wide Smoothie and Bubble Tea Fat Straws - Sparkling Clear (3/8" Wide XL)

Purchased for use in putting flowers on a cake and for cake tier supports. Not strong enough for huge cakes where dowels are needed, but good where largest tier is 10" or so. They worked very well for putting flowers 'in' a cake. I wrapped flower and foliage stems in floral tape first. The straws were cut into three sections each and a slanted "spear" end was cut as well, making it go into the cake more easily. In turn, I pulled it out (with the cake in it, and inserted a new piece where the flowers were held.

I have just used regular drinking straws in the past, with the occasional milkshake straws if I had them, and they seemed to do the job just fine. BUT..., then I tried these, and am in luv! They are relatively inexpensive, I will probably never use them all since I do not do cakes for a living, but am so very, very glad I found them! They give me that extra sense of confidence, that my cakes will stay put! They look like the straws I see on cake decorating tutorials on youtube! lol They are strong, they are clear, so go with any color cake/frosting, and they are just terrific!

I purchased these jumbo crystal clear smoothie straws (100 Pack) to use with my [Dart] brand, 24 ounce plastic cups with lids. They all pair wonderfully. These are not individually wrapped, but do come in one large cellophane bag. I feel the straws were a good value and made by a foreign entity. I consume general beverages with these products.

I bought these for a craft project. They are quite clear compared to every day straws and the larger diameter is just what I needed.I could see them being quite nice for drinks like smoothies or milkshakes.

I like these fat straws as they enable you to get sufficient flow in thicker beverages. I would have rated 5 stars if the strawswere longer to work with my large mugs. If you're tired of wimpy straws with restricted flow, that may even clog, these strawswould be for you,.

These are excatly what I wanted. THEY ARE BIG! I use them to store over the counter meds in my firstaid kit. They worked great. They are big enought around to hold an asprin flat. If you ever have a really thick shake they will do the job also.

Almost perfect...not quite sparkling clear, but close enough!

I am using these straws to store survival items inside, and seal each end with a lighter. You can store medications, matches, cotton balls, fishing kits, creams and lotions for a survival kit, and they stay waterproof in the straws. I haven't used them for drinking, but they are great for my purpose.
