Works great
Here are a couple of pictures of the exhaust on my motorcycle that I polished with this kit. Previous owner had gone at it with a scotch brite pad to get a satin look. I took it off, wet sanded with 600 grit and again with 1500 grit, then used these wheels and polishing compounds provided and got a great result.

Sisal wheel doesn't work at a normal bench grinder speed
I tried these out on my 3450 RPM bench grinder. They for the most part worked as expected, except the sisal wheel continuously shredded and sent fibers flying without me touching anything to it. It didn't really take the polishing compound either. It just sort of flung it.

Good wheels for serious buffing
These are well-made and made to last. Very tight sewing and firm cloth on the wheels. Good for 'hard' buffing and fast removal of scratches. Best mounted on a buffing machine, but will work on your bench grinder too. Just be careful of the wheel guards on the grinder so you don't get them caught between the wheel and the part you are buffing. The cloth on the wheels is very tightly compressed when sewn, so the wheels are very hard. Use with care on delicate parts. The three bars of buffing compound are great. It's best not to mix them on the wheels, however, for best results. Use one color per wheel. Use the white on the loosest wheel for final buffing. And contrary to what some people demonstrate, it's not necessary or desirable to hold the grit bar against the wheel while buffing. That wastes too much compound. Just brush it firmly on the wheel for a few seconds, and then remove it and buff. Press the bar against the wheel occasionally as the compound rubs off as you buff. The wax in the bar keeps the compound sticking to the wheel.

Just What I Needed
I needed to cleanup and polish a box full of metal collectables and this was just the ticket. Installed on my 8" bench grinder, and used in the correct order, they produced stunning results. These are narrow enough to get into tight places but still work well on larger surfaces. The polishing compounds worked very well and I wish I had more because I'll be using these a lot.

Great set
Around $25 for 3 very well constructed wheels and 3 bars of compound is a good value. The ones that I received are well balanced. The stitching is well done. They seem durable, like they will last a long time.Everything works great! I would order these again if they ever wear out.

Good value, pretty well made kit
This is a good price for a three stage, six piece stainless steel polishing kit for 8” bench grinders. I’m pretty new to knife making and metal work in general so I wasn’t aware there were polishing wheels and compounds made specifically for stainless steel and this seemed like a good addition to my tools and accessories collection. So far, I’ve dealt only with polishing higher carbon blades and softer handle and pin materials but I look forward to trying this out on any higher chromium content blades I have that might need a touch up. Again, I’m no expert yet but the 8” general purpose polishing wheels and compounds that I’ve already purchased seem a little better made and the compound blocks have a little higher quantity for around the same price so I’m deducting a star based on that initial comparison to these similar products. That said, once I get a chance to try out the actual performance on the intended materials, I’ll update my review…for now this gets a solid four stars from me, based on what I’ve seen so far.

Wheels for Initial, Medium, and Fine Polishing
Nice package - 3 quality polishing wheels in sisal, denim, and cotton, with appropriate compounds. So often a polishing job comes up fast; no time to forecast the need. Having this set of wheels on hand enables the craftsman to be prepared for the inevitable need to polish. Perfect for my workshop. Will try to update this review when I do a polishing job with them.

Durable polishing wheels with adequate compound.
For full transparency I do not know what the "Sisal" wheel is, though it's definitely coarser and stiffer so possibly used for more rigorous buffing jobs? Now, on the cotton and denim wheels they feel plenty durable are easily used in all but the most trying of buffing jobs. The cotton soft and pliable, easy to take the polishing compound while the denim is a little stiffer and the multitude of fibers not only catch the compound but also abrade the job just right. All in all good setup for a beginner or even journeyman for polishing jobs. As long as you have a bench grinder or something similar that is.
