Is there any way to ship this hat in an actual box? My hat was shipped in a bubble wrapped envelope. It was crushed beyond salvaging

My hat was shipped to me via box and it had bubble wrap and showed up fine, but I also had other items in the box too.

is there any way to secure the belt on the hat?

Well I was able to adjust it by pulling the belt tighter. But you also could probably just hot glue the belt on as well .
