Cra-Z-Art Support is the Worst. Do NOT buy from them!
I am reaching out to people, who are purchasing from Crap-Z-Art, to make sure others are aware of how bad their product support is. If you ever have an issue, you will be forced to contact them via their website contact form. I did finally get a response after the second message. They asked for my information and that was the end of their correspondence. After many attempts to get a response or replacement product, they completely abandoned me. I send out weekly emails and fill out their online contact form just to try and get a response. My daughter is really unhappy that she wasn't able to use her toy that she got from Christmas. Now, it is my mission to spread the word of how heartless Cra-Z-Art is. If you buy anything mechanical from this company, you will not get support if there is a malfunction.
