Sharp and Great for Detailing
Wow. I do a lot of paper crafting, and I watch a lot of tutorials. Time and time again, these scissors have been highly recommended. I needed a new pair, so I decided to give these a try. When I say I am impressed, I absolutely mean it. They are very pointed and sharp. Perfect for cutting the tiniest of details. Very well made. Sturdy and comfortable to use. My Memaw used to keep her “good” scissors put up and away from all the grandkids. They were off limits and I never understood why. I totally get it now. These are, hands down, my favorite pair of scissors. These have become my “good” scissors. I cannot recommend them enough. If you’re looking for detailing scissors, then these are the ones you’re looking for. I don’t regret this purchase, and I don’t think you will either.

A must have for every seamstress.
I have never written a review on Amazon before. These little scissors are fantastic. They are very sharp and the padded handles make them perfect. I've sewn for MANY years and these are the best I've every used.

She Runs With Scissors
Arrived quickly in excellent condition as advertised. I liked these scissors a lot more than I thought I would. The teeth edge rather than blade edge takes a bit of getting used to. However, the wide handles truly makes u for the adjustment. They cut VERY well.

Micro serrated blades give me great control
I've never used scissors like these and absolutely love them. Since the blades are micro serrated they do leave a very fine "toothy" edge to whatever you're cutting, so keep that in mind for certain projects. I've found that these scissors really grip whatever I'm using them on and absolutely do not slide along the cutting area. I've been cutting sticker paper with them and as I'm closing the blades slowly on precise cuts, I can feel each "tooth" popping through the surface. I know that sounds weird, and it certainly feels different, but these are terrific to use. Although these aren't for every detailed project, I'll be reaching for them more often than I anticipated. Definitely recommend! (I've also had no sticky residue on the blades from all that sticker paper so far, another bonus.)

Not as good as Cutter Bees
These are some nice little fussy cutting scissors however I like my Cutter Bees better which seem to make a smoother cut. I compared three different Tim Holtz scissors because I had to do some heavy duty fussy cutting for my holiday cards this year. I started with my Cutter Bees which do an excellent job; however, the handles are so small and aren't comfortable with my arthritic hand. The 5" TH scissors are much more comfortable and the reason I was drawn to them for the big handles; they do get the job done. The 7" detail scissors are comfortable to use too but comparatively don't do as good a job as the 5" detail scissors. I also bought the small recoil scissors and I think they're my favorite but they don't do as good a job as the Cutter Bees, so I'll keep practicing with them because they're very comfortable to use.In summary, Cutter Bees are the best for fussy cutting but the handles are too small. I wish they'd make them with bigger handles. The 5" detail scissors are very good and very comfortable. To avoid the serration on the paper, turn them upside down so the serration will be on the part you're cutting out which goes for the 7" ones as well. The 7" detail scissors didn't work well for me for fussy cutting but are very comfortable. The small recoil scissors are fantastic but really not suitable for super intricate cutting, but like I said I'm going to keep practicing with them because maybe it's my technique.
