Alternative to “bubbling” cooking oil!
This is an old staple that works as needed. If you are having a problem with bubbling oil when frying, this is a high quality solution to switch to.

Better get your fried chicken Crisco while you can before lard is the only thing. I do know it’s maybe not the healthiest thing now but crispy chicken and flaky biscuits and nice pie crust and Amish sugar cookies … are occasional things I don’t think we’ll die for in moderation. This will last til we find something else. Might Crisco just go in for a warning label please n make it available? Hummm.
