They work and taste great and there’s no next day lag!!
I am a mom of two. So good sleep is hard to come by. I also work very long hours (13 hour days some days). So finding something to help me not only fall asleep, but stay asleep, that doesn’t make me tired all the next day has been a struggle. It either doesn’t work, tastes terrible, or gives me a hangover and grogginess the next day. Until my local Walmart had a display with these dissolving sleep tabs on it. So I gave them a shot. When the display was gone at my local store I couldn’t find them anywhere. So I looked where else? The place for everything. Amazon. Amazon of course had them!! I absolutely love these. They melt easily, don’t have a horrible chalky taste to them, or medicine taste either. They arrive quickly too. I take mine about 30 minutes before I’m ready for bed. I let them slowly dissolve under my tongue. Then swish the residual down with some water. About 20-30 minutes later I can feel my body naturally begin to tire. An I don’t have that laggy hangover the next day that some sleeping helpers give you. I make sure I have at least seven hours of sleep before taking them. So I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to go the next day. I’ve been ordering them for over a year now. An I love the quick delivery and natural sleep I get from them. An if you have a hard time swallowing pills these are the way to go!

I don’t usually take any sleep help, but occasionally I will need something. I was surprised how these help. You start feeling a little tired, & it helps you go to sleep. I don’t feel groggy at all in the morning!
