The hoop is really easy to assemble and disassemble. It comes with a bag to store it away. It's an exercise hoop of about 1 kg weight and the foam makes it comfortable to use. The description says "For adults and kids", but it's definitely not for kids as the diameter is quite large and it's possibly too heavy for kids. In the description, there is a picture of a girl with a smaller hoop, so maybe check for the same brand but a smaller diameter.

My 14 year old daughter wanted a weighted hula hoop after having a go of her friends. She’s absolutely loving it and is using it as part of her daily fitness regime. I’ve even had a few goes! It’s very easy to put together and great colours. The only issue we’ve had is that if it accidentally gets knocked on a piece of furniture, the soft rubber on the hoop had got caught and rips. You just need to make sure you use it where there’s plenty of space around.

It’s very easy to assemble. Good quality. Easy storage and transportable in its own bag. Good exercise. Can use in or outdoors.

Not terrible but also not great. Needed a new hoop as the sponge on my old one had deteriorated. This one is okay.. good size, spins well enough and easy to put together but it’s not very sturdy as it flexes and the padding isn’t thick enough so can be painful but it’s still functional.

Easy to install and easy to use but quite heavy don’t use on bare skin as you may bruise

This hula hoop is the best I've ever bought and I've went through a lot of sports hula hoops over the past 10 years, it's very thick, the foam is a lot thicker than the majority of other hula hoops, it's very robust and comfortable to use but be warned if you haven't used a weighted sports hula hoop before I would advise you start off with a much lighter one, for example a 1 to 1.5 pound as this is a 4 pound one.

What can I say... When I started hula hooping I wasn't able to held up the ring. But this one was an absolute game changer. It's not giving you bruises like other brands, it comes in different weights and colors (I own two in different weights) and you can adjust the size of the ring as well by taking parts out or in. Positive also that it comes with a storage bag to either pack it away or to for example take it on vacation or elsewhere.

Very happy with a purchase. I didn't expect it will be really good. Whatever was ordering before all comes so light and even very small. This company gives you everything what you want. It's heavy and big. Really getting same for what you pay.

Ich nutze den Reifen jetzt seit 2 Tagen, und bin absolut begeistert. Dieser Reifen hat mir gezeigt, dass jeder hulern kann und wie viel Spaß es macht. Ich habe diesen Reifen als Ersatz für einen gekauft, der tolle Rezensionen hatte, mir aber das Gefühl gab, ich bin einfach zu blöd dafür. Doch bei diesem Reifen habe ich schnell gemerkt es lag nicht an mir, es lag am Reifen. Und diesen kann ich absolut empfehlen! Er ist auch wesentlich leiser, als ich dachte. Die Qualität des Reifens ist hochwertig und den Geräuschpegel kann man wirklich gut aushalten.
