Fresh water
Water is fresh again, easy to fit, will defo buy again.

Does exactly what it said it would do.
For the price, I bought two. My rational being that one never has one when one needs one. It changed easily with the old version. This uses a push fitting instead of the collar and nut, so it's simpler to replace next time without tools and it works a treat. Don't forget to flush through the initial water into a bucket or something, this is standard stuff for any filter, but if you forget to do it, you get black charcoal dust being pushed into your fridge. Worth a mention that there are no 'chemical tastes', and this was my concern in reading general reviews of several filters on Amazon, and in my final choice of purchase. I'm happy enough to buy this product again. The delivery was quick too.

Seems to work, no leaks...but....almost impossible to fit, had to pull part off the end to get it to fit (bit which isn't supposed to come off), has left me feeling uneasy about it, couple of months down the line and hasn't leaked, but I generally remain feeling uneasy and feel the need to regularly check it hasn't started leaking. Will probably try sometime different next time, but nothing wrong with it.

Does not fit all Samsung fridges as described
The description said it would fit all Samsung fridges but it doesn't fit ours! The connectors are the wrong size. I contacted the seller direct who responded very promptly and said that they had the same thing happen with another customer recently so gave us a no-quibble refund (although I didn't get my postage refunded for sending it back). The seller said the are going to raise the issue with their supplier. So I'm sure the product is fine and the service is certainly very good, it just doesn't quite do what it says on the tin....

Filters perform well
Filters are easy to fit and perform well provided they are flushed through prior to use.

My new fridge filter
Oh! I really thought I had bought the wrong filter for my LG Fridge/Freezer! I was told so by two male friends!! So you can imagine my delight when I phoned up the company , I sent a picture of my old filter and they confirmed I did order the right one and I was told how to fit it? So pleased with myself and very pleased with the help over the phone. Many many thanks
