I don't think I could ever give this item enough positive review. I honestly use mine every day, sometimes even multiple times a day. It's the closest thing I've ever found to a massage therapist. I not only use mine on my back, but I also use it on my legs as well sometimes as I have restless leg syndrome. If mine should go bad today I'd purchase another one immediately. That's how much I love mine.

It is easy to use, super effective for easing muscle tension and stress and provides just the right amount of pressure without feeling too intense. I’ve had this massager for a couple months now and it has been really nice. You have to adjust your neck/shoulders a little to get to your sore spots but I get frequent neck/shoulders/head pain from stress and tension so this has been wonderful to massage those spots. The lights indicating different levels on the remote are not intuitive though. I just have to play with it to get the intensity right because I can’t remember what the different lights mean. Overall, well worth the money and the intensity is good and I’m someone who likes deeper massages.

My husband spends hours sitting at work, so this back massager was the perfect gift for him; he loves it! Especially all the features, like the heating function, which helps reduce muscle stiffness, and the fact that you can adjust the intensity of the massage, It's fantastic, for those moments when you don't want or need something intense. Highly recommended because, in addition to being a back massager, you can use it on other parts of the body.

As a photographer this is going to be very helpful. I am always carrying around heavy equipment which hurts my neck and this helped so much at the end of the event. Its easy to use and comfortable. The quality is great. For the price, i think its a perfect choice. I would recommend this to anyone who has back or neck pain. Its is sooo relaxing!

I have had this for a long time now. It is very well tested and much appreciated. It’s comfortable to use and I found it easy to use for both neck and shoulders but also great for period pain. It has absolutely been a value add for me. This was money well spent.

Does as evertised but does not feel comfortable enough. May be the rolling balls are too aggressive for me.
