This is the only hammer holster worth buying. It is ALL metal and built solid. Much superior to the old model which had a plastic backing and would deform and fall off my tool belt. The old plastic one even cracked and I had to "fix" it with tie wire. This new metal one will never have that problem. The only improvement I can think of would be to put some loctite on the screws so they never back out. See the photos for comparison. I like this holster much more than any leather holster. It basically weighs nothing as well. A bit expensive, but compared with the competition, this one is worth the extra money. And that's coming from a scaffolder in Canada. This holster will see way more abuse than any at home DIY'er or carpenter can put it through, so it's a win for everybody.

If your running Diamondback or any type of pouches then this versatile hammer and nail gun holder is the best. Made of quality materials and a super tight clip to fit belts up to 50mm. I use it to hold my Paslodes on the Clavo pouches. By being able to choose the most comfortable or appropriate position for my gun during a days work makes things a lot easier and so much cheaper than the nailbag manufacturers own loops and comes with wider clip which stops it from digging in. I have two now.
