I’m usually between a medium and large, so I went with the large and they fit perfect. Very stretchy and comfortable. Easy to sleep in or wear under clothes. I still use tampons but these give peace of mind about breakthrough and are way better than pads. Will buy more for sure.

Sure, it works for some flow. Def not heavy flow. And the image shows 3 panties. Only 1 came in the bag. Not a good value at all. Go with a different brand that's cheaper and does the same thing.Edit: the marketing may be sus, but knix messaged me directly to resolve my dispute. So with that. You practically have to be a super light bleeder in order to not have any leaks. On heavy days, I feel as if I’m walking around in a wet bathing suit constantly thinking I pissed my pants. They are very comfortable, light weight and warm. The review is one star seeing as how it’s falsely advertised to be hyped more than what it’s worth and what this particular brand, Knix, provides.

lol Ok, why on earth would the product photo be a pack of 3 pairs of underwear?? Product review sites led me to buy these as the top choice and I thought, “That’s great- they’re the best choice AND a great deal that it comes with 3 so I can wash a pair and use the other. Lol I was sorely mistaken. It comes with one pair of underwear. Bit pricey, but I’ve heard good things about them. But come on KNIX, change the photo. You know what you’re doing lol.

Bought these as an older woman who isn’t 100% confident 100% of the time. While I can’t vouch for how they perform when needed, they are SUPER comfortable, have some tummy control, are smooth under your clothes and are an all around great addition. They’re not bulky at all and I am confident they would be absorbent if called to duty.

Super excited to give these a real try, they’re plenty comfy! VERY disappointed in marketing, the image shows three pairs but it’s only one pair! For $38?! Yikes. I feel mislead completely.

This is my second pair of these shorts. I use them overnight for more comfortable sleep, and they are great. No leaks, but also not suffocating.I got XS (I'm 5'7, 128 lb). Fit very well.
