I have been taking this to boost my immune system and I really think it has made a difference! They say to take 2 capsules in the morning, but I end up taking one in the morning and one in the early afternoon so that my body can really absorb all of the nutrients. For me, it is worth the money to get something that really works. This says it comes with 1-pack of the 60-capsule (1 month supply) of the Immune Support (in a large white jar). The second thing you get is Senolytic Complex - which says to take 4 capsules two days in a row - I tried that right away. This is a unique product that I have not seen in any other format. It is specially formulated for working on your immune system. Definitely a 5-star product in my opinion!

This product is a little different than most supplements I have tried in that you get both a bottle you're meant to take regularly, as well as 2 packets of the "senolytic complex" which I guess you're supposed to save for when you're feeling particularly down? The pills themselves are easy to take. The daily-pills have a mild broccoli smell, which makes sense since one of the ingredients is a broccoli extract. And speaking of the ingredients, these mostly look to be herbal supplements. The few generally recognized vitamins (c, zinc, selenium) are reasonably dosed, with the bulk of the active ingredients being various herbal extracts. I have to leave it up to you to decide whether these are things you need more of. As for me I'm not sure I'm feeling any better for having taken this, but no apparent adverse effects either.

This is a hard product to rate because it's not likely to show immediate tangible benefits that someone can point back to this product for providing. The concept makes sense, cleaning out defective worn out cells that should be replaced to make room for new healthy ones. I absolutely believe the claims that some substances found in food and herbs can support this autophagy, as does fasting. My layman's guess is that fasting will accomplish this more effectively than anything you can swallow, but most people aren't into fasting, and it probably doesn't hurt to use both. I chose to give this product five stars because they are open about the ingredient list and don't hide behind a, "proprietary formula." Also, some acknowledgement in publications like Forbes, puts the company on the radar, thus making me more confident it's not some amateur scam with dubious claims.

I take most of what's in these already but not all in one pill so that makes things a lot more convenient as well as cost effective. These actually help save money in the long run and makes taking daily vitamins a bit easier. It doesn't break down the individual mg's of each ingredient of course but they do seem to work as my wife and I have been exposed to some family members with colds and flus and come out unscathed. I expected, for the cost at lease, for them to use actual vitamin C and not ascorbic acid but whatever. Small gripe I suppose for pills that seem effective

Thanks to new medical research and discoveries, we are now discovering the benefits of clearing senescent cells from the body to greatly improve overall health and longevity. (Senescent cells are old or malfunctioning cells that aren't dead but are no longer multiplying and behaving like a healthy young cell should.) I have done fasting in the past to try to clear some of those cells, but fasting makes me feel awful and I really didn't see any noticeable results from multiple rounds of it. Enter this supplement. It promises to do the same thing that fasting does (removing senescent cells from the body to make room for younger healthier cells) but without the misery and inconvenience of fasting. I am definitely intrigued. I'd really have to take this supplement for several months and do lab work before and after to see if it helps my autoimmune condition or not, but in the meantime I've not experienced any ill effects and am looking forward to the benefits from it! One thing the company could do better is providing instruction on when to use part 2 of the supplement - the little box of pills that are meant to be taken on 2 consecutive days. Should I take them the first day I start everything? After I've taken the other pills for a month? Somewhere in the middle? I wish I had more guidance on that. Another reason that this product doesn't deserve five stars is that the form of zinc that they use (zinc oxide) is a cheap and poorly absorbed form. I would expect an item this expensive to have quality ingredients in it, not the cheap stuff. Also, there are fillers like magnesium stearate and maltodextrin, both of which are controversial ingredients. I wish it didn't have fillers or had something safer. I'm looking forward to seeing how this changes my health over several months! It's certainly much more pleasant than fasting.
