Weak clips.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. The clips are weak on this folder, when the folder is open they separate by a few millimetres, just enough for your pages to slip out as you turn them. (See video)Considering this is the main purpose of a ring binder (holding files) it's hard to see how this has made it through quality control into mass production. Even though this was as cheap as I could find on Amazon, you expect the product to do it's job at a bare minimum.Usually ring binder clips are very strong and hold tightly together until forced apart, but not these.Besides that, the folder itself looks nice, and 4 clips are much better than 2 which I had before, holds them all much nicer in the folder. The material is also very firm, looks good and probably very durable which is what I need as I use this often. There's also a sticker on the bag with a bar code I would prefer to be able to remove but it's one of those where if you do you'll have a really hard time getting the stickiness off the back of the folder, so I wouldn't bother.Probably going to get a refund and put the £3.14 towards a more functional ring binder folder... pretty annoying stuff!

Cheap and basic; not very rugged due to thin covers
A fairly standard 4-ring binder, the "Elba Vision A4 25mm Ring Binder - Black" has an option to accept a full-size A4 label, ID sheet, photo etc as well as a smaller, narrower label down the spine. It could be used at home, in the office or by a student for notes, a workbook or anything else. It can accept about 100 sheets of 80gsm paper, fewer if heavier paper is used. It is described by the manufacturer as a 'presentation folder' but will only work in that fashion with the addition of sleeves to keep the contents fresh and clean. The construction is typical with a PVC cover of film over relatively thin card and with the binder assembly riveted through the spine. The binder was delivered with the covers arced inwards towards the centre as the card lacks rigidity. The ring mechanism is basic and needs to be manually opened and closed.Usable rather than spectacular, but it will serve its intended purpose which is for light use only and not very regularly. If you intend to transport it frequently, you will probably be better served with a more rugged product.

Half the price of similar products and still good quality. A no-brainer.
These binders seem to be very good for the price. Most binders these days are very expensive, especially the four ring ones, but these are reasonable and have a built in PVC cover on the front for a cover page and a spine pocket with a card for filing. The hard covers seem fairly stout and shouldn't bend, and the rings snap shut and match up well so pages won't find it easy to escape.

Cheap and not good value for money
I don't expect it to be great judging by the price, but other items I've bought at similar pricing was of a much better quality. I won't be buying more.

This is a four ring binder
I particularly wanted a four ring binder, not a two ring one. This one you can slip in an A4 sized front cover and also slip in a small label on the spine. The black colour is unobtrusive. Good quality and price and I would recommend.

This is a four ring folder and in my opinion far better than two rings as the contents stay in place and undamaged when the folder is standing up. This one is very good value for the price.
