The product was shipped promptly and packaged well. I have not used yet, but am sure the results will meet my needs. I am a wine and coffee drinker on occasion. Once I use the product fully I will come back with a picture!

Sensitive teeth PSA
Didn’t notice too much of a difference in one day tbh, but was going to stick it thru — the first day after I did the treatment, I still had quite a bit of gel on the mouth piece so I read someone saying put the gel on your teeth and it might be better. But don’t do that! I think my teeth became sensitive after putting it directly onto my teeth. If you do use this, just wait a day or so after you do and see how your sensitivity level is but idk

Have to hold this product with your finger for 10 minutes.
Don’t work well. The battery doesn’t hold it charged so I have to hold it with my finger while it’s in my mouth for 10 minutes. Very frustrating and disappointing results.

Great customer service
I normally don't leave reviews but I want to say MySmile has excellent customer service. My whitening device stopped charging for whatever reason and I reached out to MySmile for help. They sent me a new one. I love how white this device makes my teeth and it's easy to use. Knowing that this company also has great customer service is an additional plus. I will be repurchasing when my gels run out.

I cannot believe how well these work! I have incredibly sensitive teeth and I was scared to use them, but I’m so glad I did! My teeth are not affected sensitivity wise, but they are so much whiter! Definitely recommend and will be continuing to purchase the gels to get the most out of my dollar!

LED light worked the first time. Then when I went to try it the second time, the light would only stay on for 1-2min. Complete waste of time and money.
