39° North Shampoo & Conditioner Set - Eucalyptus & Lavender Scent - Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn Hotels - Cleansing & Moisturizing - All Natural - 8.5oz - Hair Care Set

I travel a lot for work so I stay at a million Marriotts per year. And I always love the shampoo so I thought I would buy some on the Internet. The product is exactly like the one in the hotel, my hair came out, just as silky, smooth as it does when I stay at a courtyard. However, I was surprised for the cost how small the bottles were. They are more like half the size of a normal commercial shampoo bottle from a supermarket. But as long as you are aware of this, and OK with the cost, go ahead and buy it. And I don't know why people have so much problem with the design of the labels on this brand, I personally love the color and think it's it reminds me of a spa.

I love the scent of this collection. First discovered at Spring Hill suites in Missouri and found them on Amazon and was thrilled. If you have straight hair, it will make your hair so soft and slippery that a clip just slides out. A little annoying but the hair feels nice.

These are really nice hair products. I was introduced to them at a Marriot in Utah. The conditioner made my hair feel like silk. Nice scent to both, not overpowering. The cost is a bit on the high end for 8.5 ounces. That is my only complaint. You spend a lot for not much product.

I have a very dry kinkki hair and this product is amazing. It help with softening my hair, reduced hair breakage and hair loss. It's little pit expensive but it worth it.

I used this product while residing at the Marriott hotel. It was amazing and was thrilled when I could purchase it on line. Unfortunately the product is in no way the same as what they provide for the hotel chain. First it does not have the same scent. Actually it barely has any scent at all. From the moment I put the shampoo in my hair it didn't lather or rinse the same. The hotel experience was a smooth finish to the rinse. This left my hair rough. The conditioner at the hotel worked instantly upon application leaving my hair silky and easy to detangle as I worked the product through my hair. The bottled version required double the application and it was no where near the same experience. Did not detangle hair as I was working it through. And finally the bottle is the size of my palm. Not worth it for the price. I can continue using my other products for 4x the size and 1/3 the cost. Very disappointing.

I received my order quickly. When I opened it the conditioner cap was broken and I was unable to open it. I contacted the seller and asked about a replacement conditioner. They said they would send it and no need to return the broken one. When I received the replacement they not only sent me a new conditioner but they sent me a new shampoo as well. This is a great product and I love the way it makes my hair feel and look.

Currently I travel for work and I’ve been staying at one of Marriott’s Courtyard Hotels where I find this ‘39 North’ Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, and Lotion to have good quality and high potency every time I use it. After I leave the hotel and go to work, I continue to pick up on the scent throughout the day and even on my way home I can still smell it in my hair and on my body/clothes 6-8+ hours later. This is why I love it so much. It’s subtle yet the power of the aroma lingers on. When I wear the lotion, I can smell the scent when moving about and working with my hands for quite some time. When I found this set online I was originally ecstatic but in my experience, I have come to find the lotion I’ve received does not seem to match the potency of the lotion I’ve used previously in the hotel room. I know this bc I brought the little complimentary travel bottle home with me (see in photos) and I have compared the two up against each other and in my opinion, they simply are not the same. The lotion in the set that was sent to me smells more waxy and the scent, while it initially seems to smell the exact same, it’s not as strong from the gate and it fades as quickly as I put it on. Within only minutes I can barely smell it anymore at all. I have not only tested this on myself but also other family members who all agreed the fragrance in this set does not last or smell as strongly as the product from the hotel itself which is extremely disappointing. I haven’t bothered to use the rest of the set yet as I am not sure if I even want to or if I should just send it all back now. There is also the fact that the bottles are so incredibly small which doesn’t help how I feel, especially when you factor in the price point of this item/set. I was already on the fence about the size but I’m pretty sure this experience makes my mind up for me. At the very least I definitely won’t be buying more. Side note: I also feel like the shampoo smells slightly different from the conditioner and or the rest of the set but since I have not actually used it, I can’t yet confidently confirm.
