well made and good value
These spring calipers are well made and at 8 inches in length, quite large. Good for scribing arcs in steel, measuring length, inside and outside dimensions for precision work with metals, but also good for wood and any other material where measurment is important and each part or component needs to be the same size. Good for all small scale construction tasks and model making.

Good for the price
For the price, good value. Inside and outside calipers are good and work smoothly but dividers do not work so well. I needed to spend about 10 mins with slipstone to get divider points even and level but was easy enough to do.In hindsight I might have been better off getting 6" rather than 8" but that is my fault and these will certainly do the job

Happy with this set of callipers
Great set of callipers at a great price too. Handy for repeat measurements on the lathe. Will probably buy another set!
