Everyone must buy this if you enjoy eating high-quality chocolates!! The flavor is not too sweet and feels velvety in your mouth. Careful, because it gets addicting! I'm going to buy another one hehe.

Creamy and caramel-ly
I did not use these for cooking. I ate them straight out of the bag. Melt in your mouth deliciousness. Obviously pricey but I thought I’d treat myself to this instead of something just ‘ok’. I will try to find these on sale or in the stores. They are a very different flavor that you don’t find elsewhere.

BEST CHOCOLATE EVER!
If you have never had carmelized white chocolate you are missing out! It's amazing! I used these chocolates to make a French Buttercream Frosting for a Dark Chocolate Cake. Delicious, quick shipping, would absolutely purchase again.

Unique flavor
This is a flavor of chocolate that you will either like very much, or it’s not for you. It has a mild caramel taste that wasn’t for me. The chocolate itself was nice to work with. It melts well.
