The screen stopped working after about 4 months and won't come back on meaning I have no idea on the wattage and things as well as battery life. It still works other than that but it's very disappointing and I won't be getting another.

Second unit with a failed screen. No idea of battery state or wattage once this goes. It would appear many people have the same issue; obviously a design fault that isn’t being addressed.Add to this, there only seems to be a 90 day guarantee, and as I’ve had ‘them’ for nearly 4 months , another replacement has been denied.How can these companies skirt our consumer rights act which states a repair/replacement in the first 6months unless the retailer can prove the goods have failed due to misuse - surely this behaviour is illegal?DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM VOOPOO - vote with our wallets!!

My Drag 2 lasted 3 years and I absolutely loved it. Never had any issues and literally only upgraded because my old one looked worse for wear. The paint had chipped off and it was a bit battered.I upgraded to the Drag 3 last year and it had the latch at the bottom which gave up after about 10 months and the batteries would fire out of the bottom randomly.Had to double check when I actually made the purchase for the Drag 4 because I genuinely couldn't believe it. 6 weeks after it arrived, my screen now doesn't work. Sometimes it gives me like a glitched out screen, sometimes its fine after immediately powering it on, but after a few mins it just goes off completely.100% will not be buying another voopoo product again and it's a real shame because the first one I had was fantastic.
