SHIMANO Kassette 10-Fach TIAGRA 4700

Wanted this as local short rides necessitate climbing - lots of climbing! Arrived really promptly and very easy to fit replacement for my ultegra 11-28. The extra lower gearing of 32 teeth has been very useful for my daily exercise cycles of a minimum 2000 feet of climbing in not very many miles - that’s living in the hills for you!Good value for money, not the lightest Shimano 11-32 cassette, but if you want a quick and easy replacement and are not too worried about a few hundred grammes more weight, it’s well worth it.

I GOT IT QUITE QUICK

Wanted a wider cassette for a specific hilly event that would then more than likely swap out again. I would usually use 105 or Ultegra parts but as this was for limited use couldn't justify the cost and went for this cheaper option. Its a little heavier than the equivalent Ultegra but not that much and functionally it more than handles what was required of it. Good purchase and would go for another Tiagra block on similar circumstances.

Need the 32 teeth cog to get up the Yorkshire hills, and the 11 teeth cog to get down the same hilos at speed.

Shimano, so very good quality.the range is good enough for speed and attacking the steepest hills.

A good cassette from Shimano. "Does exactly what is says on the tin".Makes riding up some of those steeper hills a little easier.Changes, although smooth, are definitely more noticeable in terms of the larger step-changes, when compared to some of the cassettes with smaller changes.Word of advice for potential buyers; ensure you have a GS (Medium) cage fitted to your rear derailleur.

Rubbish quality cassette. I don't think it's fake, it's just poor. My chain whip slipped in between the sprockets with very little to no force, and bits of spacing plastic broke off. It was useless in seconds.

It a decent cassette shift fine reliable,what’s not to like.Great service from Amazon as always.
