Only had it once. Really nice taste but felt I needed a fair bit of it. How long can it be stored open in the fridge I wonder? Don’t want to have to throw the rest away.

Best paste among 40!
I have tried around 40 different pastes and this by far is my favourite! I don't follow the exact recipe as per pack, I use much more coconut milk, less water because the paste is quite spicy. Extra coconut milk is a must imo, to make your laksa creamy! I have received so many compliments on my laksa from my friends and family when I use this. It's a must have even though it's pricey! But you save on other ingredients, so it's all good.
