Bought this game as my daughter loves cooking mama I thoughtI would buy her this game as she loves the way you can choose aRecipe and then cook it overall 5 stars great game and would definitely recommend the game or any other games from 505 games.

ok game
i loved this game on nintendo ds, and this is a gd game on the wii, but very frustrating, some of the actions are very slow. and make me want to launch the controller. but ok game. better on the ds!!!

Bought for Christmas for my niece, along with the cooking accessory kit and she loves them both, great combination together, and fun for the children, well worth the price for both items.

A huge disappointment
I'm usually a bit hesitant to completely believe reviews without trying something myself first. After all, I enjoyed the first Cooking Mama immensely, surely this one couldn't be as bad as people were saying? Having now played the game, I agree whole heartedly with them! This game is just horrible compared to the first, and I regret even purchasing it.The gameplay is poorly structured and confusing, the controls are all over the place, and it just ends up being frustrating and not much fun. The first games simple gameplay is what gave it its charm, but this ones seems insistent on overcomplicating things at every stage with non-nonsensical minigames. Making a mistake while cooking can result in throwing utensils halfway across the kitchen and require ninja like reflexes to catch them again lest you basically fail the whole recipe. One even involves a dog being roped in to catch things for you!Maybe if you have never played the first one this game won't seem quit as bad, but I still say save yourself the heartache and just go and play the first one instead.

la mia versione è in italiano, benché importata dall'Inghilterra. i personaggi parlano italiano.sembra divertente ma stiamo ancora imparando! non ho trovato semplicissimo ed immediato riuscire a fare i movimenti con il controller e soprattutto spiegarlo alle bambine. All'inizio è snervante perché sembra che il controller non risponda.bisogna fare pratica e acquisire la sensibilità e la velocità del movimento.
