Born and raised in Baltimore, MD, so I am very familiar with Old Bay, but I didn't know that Old Bay made a Lemon & Herb version, until a few years ago. I don't love, and I can't eat spicy food, so this Old Bay Lemon & Herb Seasoning is perfect for me. I always use it when making shrimp salad. It adds a nice brightness, because of the lemon. This adds flavor, without being too spicy, so I mainly use this Old Bay Lemon & Herb Seasoning, with a light sprinkle of regular Old Bay Seasoning. It's perfect. It also goes well on vegetables, or however else you want to use it. I wish this Old Bay Lemon & Herb Seasoning came in a larger container, like regular Old Bay Seasoning does. Love this!!!
