It's OK. Nothing to get excited about mostly because it does not have even one recipe photo in there to get a visual idea of a recipe.

Keto Diet Cookbook! Well Explained.
Good guidelines for items needed to eat this way. This book is exceptionally great for keto recipes. To begin with, lets begin by saying that Keto count calories may be a moo carb, tall fat eat less that gives numerous wellbeing benefits counting, but not constrained to making a difference free weight. It too makes a difference to avoid different genuine diseases. This brilliant book gives a great diagram on what nourishments are welcome, and which ought to be restricted. Since I gotten the book on Fri, I to begin with attempted straightforward formula, which came out shockingly great, I have utilized the Keto count calories some time recently and this book is incredible, It does not have outlines, but I never require pictures of recipes in cookbooks. The recipes run from having basic ingredients on hand to purchasing uncommon things in case required. It has everything you may need to undertake. Dessert, appetizers, and I indeed attempted many veggie lover suppers to see what that could be like.

Great recipes with a lot of variety!
Very, informative an easy read. It looks like there are a lot of recipes in this book that I would use outside of Keto as well. Lots of recipes that take few ingredients, a short amount of time and look delicious!

Clear explanation of why Keto works for weight loss
I am using this book to guide my meal choices. The ingredients are easily available to me. I recommend reading the Keto Diet first and then use these amazing recipes while on keto. The only down side is that I cannot have eggs and all of the breakfast dishes, except one, have eggs in them. There are some nice recipes in this book. I would have preferred a picture with every recipe but I understand the logistics of that. I havent really been too disappointed with a recipe. Some of them have ingredients I can't find but I just substitute them. Could've used more info on keto though to understand it further. Very practical .

Easy to read & we like the receipes
This is my favorite Keto cookbook. The recipes are consistently great and the macro nutritional information makes sure you can keep on track with getting your good fats and minimizing carbs. I am using this book to guide my meal choices. I like that the recipes are kept simple. Not a ton of ingredients needed just basic keto foods, for me its been and aid in getting ideas. I can dress them up differently later once I get the hang of it. Large pictures easy to follow recipes at a great price. The ingredients are easily available to me. This was perfect for my new healthy lifestyle!!

Good book for beginners
Bought this as a type 2 diabetic. Like this book as it explained quite a lot about how it works and how a keto diet helps. Full conversion table inside which helps. Some items are American but on the whole it s a great recipe book. Plenty that we can try for everyday eating Very good price. Arrived on time.

Fantastic, easy to follow low carb recipes😋😋😋😋
I am not a cook but I wanted to give the Keto diet a go and I went hunting for a book that will have easy recipes to follow. This is not the first book I bough but is definitely the best one for a novice like me. It has 1500 recipes and some of the ingredients I am not familiar with. However the majority of the recipes I tried are easy to follow and quite tasty. This is giving me hope that I will stick to the diet and I will reach my target weight and cure my addiction to sugar. Amazing value for money.This book has a detailed introduction of the keto diet, what it is and what it delivers to your body.How does it work, why no carbs in the keto diet.You will enjoy reading this.This book not only contains recipes but give you multiple alternatives to carbs sugars or whatever you want to skip in your keto diet.This book is great and worth buying, and the price is almost nothing of what this book gives you.I'm sure if someone buys this, they will never need to get any other recipe book because it has more than enough recipes. Highly recommended this keto recipe book.

Simple recipes and meal ideas to keep you on track
Full of great and simple meal ideas and recipes. I've started the keto diet but as with all the diets I've done in the past, all inspiration flies out the window and I'm stood wondering how many more days I can cope with eating steak! A lot of the recipes in this book are really really simple like "put x, y & z on your plate and enjoy" and not what you would class as a recipe exactly but just having the ideas of combinations and food that's allowed is so so helpful and keeps me on track so I don't stray because I'm bored of reading the same thing over and over. It's good to have it all in one place rather than having to trawl the internet for recipes etc. Love the recipes, easy to follow!

Lots of recipes, just starting to use it
I have recently got into cooking so my cooking abilities are not very good. However, I have improved significantly thanks to this book. There are dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and even snacks so if you're struggling to decide on the dish for dinner this book has many great and delicious dishes with easy to follow instructions. The best part of the book is the fact that all the dishes in it are diet based which I really love. I suggest you give this book a try if you are new to cooking and on a diet. Good for beginners✔✔✔✔

Beginners of keto
It has a varied range of recipes for everyone to try. It is full of different ideas that you can try and probably wouldn’t of thought of. It is a pure recipe book. If you are looking for a book with pictures and that maybe it’s not for you. It is a good way of trying and starting a keto diet, or just to eat a bit healthier and cut down on the carbs. Easy to follow and read and straight to the point!
