Stealth UC-M Bluetooth Headset for PC laptop softphone and smartphone, Black, Charcoal

Have been using over ears for ages, unfortunately my work laptop doesn’t allow for Bluetooth so need a headset with a dongle. Was worried only one ear would not work in a busy environment, but the quality has been amazing and the ear piece is so light weight most days I put on in the morning when I log on and take off when finishing up for the day. You can still have a normal conversation, but now you never miss a call.

Took me a while to find a microphone compatible with Zoom - teaching yoga online - being 3 meters away from the Mac computer screen. The sound is perfect, It is light, it fits comfortable and doesn't fall off my ear when I am laying on my back.

I have previously owned a number of jabra products, starting back in the day of the JX10 and have always found their Bluetooth headsets very reliable. However, I have always had problems with PC Bluetooth connections in general and so took the leap to buy the Jabra Stealth UC-M with it’s USB dongle for PC Skype use. The dongle itself works very well, connecting to the earpiece and automatically changing skype sound settings to use the dongle Bluetooth connection. However the earpiece is awful, starting with the connections that constantly drop and then reconnect immediately, the voice message“ PC disconnected, PC connected”, or “mobile disconnected, mobile connected” happen multiple times through the day. The volume on the earpiece is too low for listening to music or watching videos on any mobile device and I found the fit not to be too great, either painful or too loose. Overall, I’m very disappointed and expected a much better product from Jabra.

Have been using this for 4 months linked to my iPhone 6S and lync on my laptop. Connected first time to both and have had no problems with it working in my home office. Comfortable fit and acoustics are fine, I can hear them, they can hear me. 2 small issues - on every call after approx first 5 mins there is some crackling which lasts for about 20 secs. and then goes. It occurs again 60 mins later for about 20 secs. Unsure what causes this but I can still hear ok. other issue occurs in the car, whilst on a call it works fine, but when I come off a call it has started to constantly say mobile connected, mobile disconnected. I generally don't make calls while driving but this is annoying. I would recommend the headset for office use and would buy it again.

I will like to return this product but unfortunately I don't find the box

Really good device, especially for mic only use, the battery life is around 5 hours for mic only, maybe 3-4 hours for heavy use with the speaker. The speaker isn't as loud if you are in the office but its perfect when working from home. It fits comfortably in my ear without the need for the extra clip.

Light, easy to use but keeps disconnecting from my mobile phone. Have upgraded the firmware still keeps doing it.

Fantastic quality; the sound is crisp and clear. The only drawback is no possibility of adjusting volume on the device itself, you have to use controls on your phone.

Je trouve que c'est la meilleur oreillette que j'ai commandé sur amazone ! et j'en ai commandé plusieurs.... Elle est confortable facile a installer de très bonne qualité !! c'est la deuxième fois que je l'achète ... la première n'a pas résisté aux dents acérées de mon chien -_-' ..... XD

Wer Wert auf ein optisch wenig aufgringliches Headset legt und gleichzeitig sehr gute Sprachqualität sucht, wird hier mit dem Jabra Stealth fündig. Durch das geringe Gewicht nimmt man es nach kurzer Zeit kaum mehr im Ohr wahr. Das Ohrgummi könnte etwas strammer auf dem Headset sitzen. Zum Joggen eher nicht zu verwenden, da zu leichter Sitz. Rauschunterdrückung können die Headsets von Plantronics/Poly deutlich besser. Sonstige kleine Nachteile: Micro-USB statt USB-C zum Aufladen, keine Lautstärketaste am Gerät. Insgesamt jedoch sehr zufrieden.

Durability

Let's be frank. We buy this because of microphone noise cancellation. And it works very well. But that means we are in a noisy environment. What's the point of being heard clearly but not being able to hear?!!! In ear volume is very low. To a point that you can't use the device.

Dopo tanti dispositivi auricolari provati, finalmente con questo gli interlocutori mi sentono forte e limpido, senza il sentire il caos che mi circnda. L'audio in ricezione si sente bene e la vestbilità dell'auricolare è ottima anche durante in lavori movimentati grazie alla possiilità di installare l'archeto per l'orecchio. La batteria fa una giornata di chiamate senza problemi. Soddisfatto al 100/100.
